Stylish new condo in San Francisco

Apartment - Private room · 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94124, United States

The Space

I live in a brand new, stylishly decorated, one bedroom deluxe apartment in San Francisco. You would have the lounge area to yourself, on a super comfy new sleeper bed. Since I am a flight attendant and often away, you would most likely have the entire apartment to yourself, but when I'm around I am a great host and will gladly share all of my knowledge with you about this beautiful city. Bay-view is a 20-25 min ride on the T -line train to downtown San Francisco, and the stop is located literally outside my door. There are also buses that run 24 hours. My apartment has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, X-box 360, a 60 inch HD television set, and WiFi, all of which is yours to enjoy, along with a variety of cereals, coffee or tea for breakfast. The building itself is only two years old, and has twenty four hour security.
I live in a up and coming transitional neighborhood. There a few local grocery stores and restaurants in the area.
I have hosted over seventy satisfied guests from all over the world as part of the Airbnb and (website hidden) community, and love having people in my clean and comfortable home, a real haven, after a long exciting day in the city. Please take the time to carefully read though my ad and reviews. If you still have questions and/or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to hosting you in my home, thanks!

Guest Access

Guest will have access to the Living area(Private room),Kitchen,Bathroom,Patio, and courtyard area.

Interaction with Guests

If I am home, I'll be around, but give you your privacy. Sometimes I hangout with guest. Since I am a flight attendant, I'm not home a lot, but always available by text, phone, or e-mail.

Getting around

Public Transportation is very easy. There is the MUNI(local train). The stop is literally in front of my building. It's the "T" line. The stop is Oakdale/Palou. The trains takes you directly downtown and takes about 30mins. There is the #24 bus that is across the street from my building. There is free street parking, but be mindful of the different street cleaning days. Takes you to the Castro area.

  • Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality! Love staying at Marche's when I'm in the city.

  • Marche is a very nice host and his place is so clean! The location is great - right next to Muni. I definitely will stay with him again.

  • we really enjoyed our stay in marches nice and stylish apartment, even if the "bed" was not very comfortable for two.
be aware that the location is situated in an area which is considered "as not very safe" under locals. but the bus/munistation is in front of the apartment, so that we would really recommend marches apartment!

  • Marche is a great host. I have been stayed at his place for couple of times and he is always like a good friend, His place is very clean and well prepared for the guest, He even made my bed for me. He is the best host and I would definitely come back again.

  • Marche is the best host you could ever have. First because he has a very cozy and comfortable condo. Second because he provides the most accurate instructions for you have the best time, like how to find your favorite TV shows in his fancy home theater. Third, because altought he works most of the time, when he is there he is so nice and attentive. Forth: the guy is a great partner for partying in San Francisco´s night. I think you noticed we became friends. :) You are so welcome in São Paulo, man!

  • My recent trip to San Francisco was amazing. The city itself is very nice. Naturally I was very excited to visit it. When I found the listing for Marché's condo I was eager to stay after reading a few of the reviews. Marché exceeded the expectations I had not only of his condo but that I had of a host. The condo was amazing. It was clean , spacious, easy to navigate to, welcoming, and modern. It was AWESOME!!! I was a little unsure of how smooth my check in would go when I found out that Marché would not be there upon my arrival. Not to worry though Marché had a system in place to ensure that I would have no trouble getting settled. Not only was he available for me(by phone, and text), he had some awesome neighbors ready to assist me if need be. (of course me being me I needed it). I initially intended on arriving at noon, due to rescheduling i arrived earlier. Marché's neighbor Clincy able to help me check into the apartment. From the moment I opened the door I knew I was in for a wonderful time. There was candy, Video Games, A Big Screen, a Nice Kitchen, Huge Fridge, A welcome book which held instructions to every appliance and directions on how to get around. There where sticky notes on various places (i.e. Fridge, Candy, Kitchen, Cupboards) that said feel free. For a moment I wondered if i would even venture out on the town. Marché's condo provides an experience of its on one that I must further exploit on my next trip. I did find myself trying to enjoy every possisble part of it that I could. I played the XBOX, I watched a movie, I cooked (how could I not in such a lovely kitchen), I slept. The sleep that I experience on Marché's futuristic comfortable sofa was amazing. As I write this out I cannot believe it still. I mean wow. I was whisked away to a lovely sleep in mere moments after making the bed. Wow. The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. I'm very grateful for the service that Marché, Clincy, and Anne (another wonderful neighbor) provided. Though I have yet to meet Marché as he was flying the friendly skies(he is a flight attendant) during my short visit. I'm certain that I will stay at the condo again during future visits to SF.

About
I am a very outgoing individual and have a natural ability to connect with people very easily. I am very much a go with the flow kind of guy, am gay fun loving and easy going. Some of my hobbies are dancing, swimming, travel, going to the movies, and trying new foods. I love food btw;) I tend to be an open book, but don't blab about my personal life within a first meeting. Things should happen as naturally as breathing. One of my personal philosphy is having respect for others and myself. I'm not going to lie, but life is pretty amazing. My job is wicked cool, I have fantastic friends, an awesome home, and I get to travel for a living. Each day is a blessing and I am grateful for each and every one. I look forward to welcoming you into my world.
