I live in a brand new, stylishly decorated, one bedroom deluxe apartment in San Francisco. You would have the lounge area to yourself, on a super comfy new sleeper bed. Since I am a flight attendant and often away, you would most likely have the entire apartment to yourself, but when I'm around I am a great host and will gladly share all of my knowledge with you about this beautiful city. Bay-view is a 20-25 min ride on the T -line train to downtown San Francisco, and the stop is located literally outside my door. There are also buses that run 24 hours. My apartment has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, X-box 360, a 60 inch HD television set, and WiFi, all of which is yours to enjoy, along with a variety of cereals, coffee or tea for breakfast. The building itself is only two years old, and has twenty four hour security.
I live in a up and coming transitional neighborhood. There a few local grocery stores and restaurants in the area.
I have hosted over seventy satisfied guests from all over the world as part of the Airbnb and (website hidden) community, and love having people in my clean and comfortable home, a real haven, after a long exciting day in the city. Please take the time to carefully read though my ad and reviews. If you still have questions and/or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to hosting you in my home, thanks!
Guest will have access to the Living area(Private room),Kitchen,Bathroom,Patio, and courtyard area.
Interaction with Guests
If I am home, I'll be around, but will give you your privacy. Sometimes I hangout with guest. Since I am a flight attendant, I'm not home a lot, but always available by text, phone, or e-mail.
Public Transportation is very easy. There is the MUNI(local train). The stop is literally in front of my building. It's the "T" line. The stop is Oakdale/Palou. The trains takes you directly downtown and takes about 30mins. There is the #24 bus that is across the street from my building. There is free street parking, but be mindful of the different street cleaning days. Takes you to the Castro area.

Marche was a great host and very accommodating. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Also, having the train stop in front of the apartment was especially convenient. I definitely recommend this listing.
Marche Clark was very welcoming and a great host. He helped us with some kitchen items and for first time Airbnb users it was a good experience.
I only briefly met Marche on 2 occasions during my stay but he was very open and helpful and made me feel most welcome in his home. The apartment was clean and tidy and I was made to feel like I was at home. Getting around San Fran was very easy with the Muni station right outside the front door. Would recommend his hospitality anytime.
Outstanding stay! Marche was warm and welcoming on very short notice. The place is spacious, clean, well-organized, and outfitted with many amenities. Building was very modern and clean with a great second floor courtyard! Thanks Marche for a great time!
Had a great stay... Easy to access, clean and comfortable. Marche was a great host.
Marche (Feb 6th-7th)
Simply one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Right when I arrived Marche sat around and got to know me a little bit, asked why I was traveling, etc… He then said to help myself to anything in the fridge! First time any Airbnb host has said that. I thought that was pretty cool. He has little notes around his apartment with instructions in different languages and even has a guest book to sign. Marche had all my pillows, blankets and mattress for the couch ready whenever I needed it. Marche is a very adventurous guy and will have PLENTY of recommendations and stories for the avid traveler, so if you like to travel around the US or even the world, Marche’s apartment is definitely a spot you should stay at while in San Fran. He has been doing this for a while; he was a gracious and respectful host! It is very easy to see why he has so many guests all the time!
Marche made me feel very welcome, communication even when he was working away from home was more than I could ask for. Very stylish place! Super nice guy!

I am a very outgoing individual and have a natural ability to connect with people very easily. I am very much a go with the flow kind of guy, am gay fun loving and easy going. Some of my hobbies are dancing, swimming, travel, going to the movies, and trying new foods. I love food btw;) I tend to be an open book, but don't blab about my personal life within a first meeting. Things should happen as naturally as breathing. One of my personal philosphy is having respect for others and myself. I'm not going to lie, but life is pretty amazing. My job is wicked cool, I have fantastic friends, an awesome home, and I get to travel for a living. Each day is a blessing and I am grateful for each and every one. I look forward to welcoming you into my world.
