About This Listing
I live in a brand new, stylishly decorated, one bedroom deluxe apartment in San Francisco. You would have the lounge area to yourself, on a super comfy new sleeper bed. Since I am a flight attendant and often away, you would most likely have the entire apartment to yourself, but when I'm around I am a great host and will gladly share all of my knowledge with you about this beautiful city. Bay-view is a 20-25 min ride on the T -line train to downtown San Francisco, and the stop is located literally outside my door. There are also buses that run 24 hours. My apartment has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, X-box 360, a 60 inch HD television set, and WiFi, all of which is yours to enjoy, along with a variety of cereals, coffee or tea for breakfast. The building itself is only two years old, and has twenty four hour security.
I live in a up and coming transitional neighborhood. There a few local grocery stores and restaurants in the area.
I have hosted over seventy satisfied guests from all over the world as part of the Airbnb and (website hidden) community, and love having people in my clean and comfortable home, a real haven, after a long exciting day in the city. Please take the time to carefully read though my ad and reviews. If you still have questions and/or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to hosting you in my home, thanks!
Guest will have access to the Living area(Private room),Kitchen,Bathroom,Patio, and courtyard area.
Interaction with Guests
If I am home, I'll be around, but will give you your privacy. Sometimes I hangout with guest. Since I am a flight attendant, I'm not home a lot, but always available by text, phone, or e-mail.
Public Transportation is very easy. There is the MUNI(local train). The stop is literally in front of my building. It's the "T" line. The stop is Oakdale/Palou. The trains takes you directly downtown and takes about 30mins. There is the #24 bus that is across the street from my building. There is free street parking, but be mindful of the different street cleaning days. Takes you to the Castro area.

Marche's house was very cozy and comfortable as i could see in the pictures on airbnb website. Also he was so kind to help me with everything that i ask him. It will be convenient to use public transportation such as muni, bart, car-train because muni station is literally in front of his house. But I don't think that this house is proper to ladies, especially ladies from Asia who are not familiar with USA street culture. Almost 90% of passengers are black walking, drinking, speaking loud..
Place is sweet with a cosy feel and yummy snacks in kitchen. Love our short stay!

About the Host, Marche
I am a very outgoing individual and have a natural ability to connect with people very easily. I am very much a go with the flow kind of guy, am gay fun loving and easy going. Some of my hobbies are dancing, swimming, travel, going to the movies, and trying new foods. I love food btw;) I tend to be an open book, but don't blab about my personal life within a first meeting. Things should happen as naturally as breathing. One of my personal philosphy is having respect for others and myself. I'm not going to lie, but life is pretty amazing. My job is wicked cool, I have fantastic friends, an awesome home, and I get to travel for a living. Each day is a blessing and I am grateful for each and every one. I look forward to welcoming you into my world.
