About this listing
I live in a brand new, stylishly decorated, one bedroom deluxe apartment in San Francisco. You would have the lounge area to yourself, on a super comfy new sleeper bed. Since I am a flight attendant and often away, you would most likely have the entire apartment to yourself, but when I'm around I am a great host and will gladly share all of my knowledge with you about this beautiful city. Bay-view is a 20-25 min ride on the T -line train to downtown San Francisco, and the stop is located literally outside my door. There are also buses that run 24 hours. My apartment has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, X-box 360, a 60 inch HD television set, and WiFi, all of which is yours to enjoy, along with a variety of cereals, coffee or tea for breakfast. The building itself is only two years old, and has twenty four hour security.
I live in a up and coming transitional neighborhood. There a few local grocery stores and restaurants in the area.
I have hosted over seventy satisfied guests from all over the world as part of the Airbnb and (website hidden) community, and love having people in my clean and comfortable home, a real haven, after a long exciting day in the city. Please take the time to carefully read though my ad and reviews. If you still have questions and/or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to hosting you in my home, thanks!
Guest will have access to the Living area(Private room),Kitchen,Bathroom,Patio, and courtyard area.
Interaction with Guests
If I am home, I'll be around, but will give you your privacy. Sometimes I hangout with guest. Since I am a flight attendant, I'm not home a lot, but always available by text, phone, or e-mail.
Public Transportation is very easy. There is the MUNI(local train). The stop is literally in front of my building. It's the "T" line. The stop is Oakdale/Palou. The trains takes you directly downtown and takes about 30mins. There is the #24 bus that is across the street from my building. There is free street parking, but be mindful of the different street cleaning days. Takes you to the Castro area.

EXCELLENT!! The house was so comfortable it was just as fun as being out in the city. We stayed in the living room the sofa was comfortable and Marche made it even more comfortable for us even though he was not in town. The house is not in a quiet neighborhood but coming from LA it was nothing different, you honestly forget about the neighborhood once your inside the home. Parking is rough but we will definitely go back to his wonderful home
Marche's place was super cute and described accurately. Shower water pressure was awesome, convenience to public transportation was a huge plus. He was a great host, so sweet and accomodating, we were able to do laundry there and he offered snacks that saved us while waiting in long lines. It was easy to get into the place because his directions are perfect. Just be aware if you have back or neck problems bring your own firm pillow. (We usually do but forgot them on this trip). And Its a snug fit on the futon thingy. His AC works like magic and we would stay here again.
Marche's place was fantastic! Modern, with a GREAT kitchen. This place is especially a bonus if you are using public transport - a train station directly across the road and bus stops nearby. Thanks Marche!
It is a great place. Near the public transport. Decoration is lovely and host is really thoughtful.
Marche is one of the coolest friends I've made this year. His home was very warm and welcoming! It was filled to the gunnels of snacks and refreshments. A lot of really cool amenities, everything was for our use, talk about being very generous! Love the guy! We hope to stay with him again or even just keep in touch so we can keep the fire burning, but what stood out the most was his kind genuine heart, those kinds of people are rare.

Marche was a great host. He and his friend welcomed us with a drink. We chatted for a few minutes about nothing and everything. He then respected our privacy and went to his room. We would have liked to spend more time with him, but he had to leave the city the following morning.
The apartment is right by the Muni station which makes it very convenient to go Downtown SF.
I definitely recommend this place.
Thanks again Marche!!!
I had a fantastic stay in Marche's stylish and modern apartment. I was very happy there..and it was great to meet Marche a couple of times too. He's very friendly and genuinely wants to share his space with his guests.
Everything you need is there...fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer...which made travelling on a budget and with minimal luggage was very easy!

About the Host, Marche
I am a very outgoing individual and have a natural ability to connect with people very easily. I am very much a go with the flow kind of guy, am gay fun loving and easy going. Some of my hobbies are dancing, swimming, travel, going to the movies, and trying new foods. I love food btw;) I tend to be an open book, but don't blab about my personal life within a first meeting. Things should happen as naturally as breathing. One of my personal philosphy is having respect for others and myself. I'm not going to lie, but life is pretty amazing. My job is wicked cool, I have fantastic friends, an awesome home, and I get to travel for a living. Each day is a blessing and I am grateful for each and every one. I look forward to welcoming you into my world.
