Riad Annie is located in the Jewish area of the Medina, in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to the two famous palaces: Bahia (5 min) and Badia (7 min). In 10-15 minutes you will reach Place de Jeema El Fna (the big square.) Breakfast is included.
Our riad is built in the style of the traditional Moroccan architecture with beautiful tiles and great ceiling details. There are a common area and a big roof terrace where guests can come together to relax and interact.
Guests have access to the bathroom, the common area, the kitchen and the roof.

I enjoyed my short stay. Karim was willing to meet my driver and I near the Palais Bahia since I was coming in by car.
He is a nice guy, very accommodating, and offered to make breakfast. His and Annie's riad is a great place, and I recommend it!
The room is as advertised in pictures. Communications prior to arrival were timely and helpful. It's a good 15 minute minute walk to the square, and it can be a bit dicey at night. Spacious bathroom with good hot water (for about 5 minutes). Karim is a friendly and helpful guy, but be very careful booking excursions through him. The company is unprofessional. Agree on specific prices and itineraries ahead of time, and make sure you are on the right bus before leaving.
We stayed here for two nights- had a great time, and would it recommend this place to anyone considering a trip to Marrakesh. Karim made us feel at home, and we enjoyed having tea and breakfast on the roof. Our room was small but very clean and well-kept. It was a bit chilly at night, but in a good way.
Do your research on the map/ location beforehand, because the riad is a bit hard to find.
My stay at Karim and Annie's riad was fantastic. The riad itself is clean, bright, and overall very beautiful. It's in a pretty good location: close to the Palais Bahia and Jemaa El Fna. The WiFi connection is strong, my bed was comfortable, and I had the best hot shower during my time in Morocco. Karim is great; don't hesitate to ask if you want advice on buying things or places you should visit around town. He makes great crepes and mint tea too. If I'm ever back in Marrakech I'll definitely stay here.
Karim's a lovely guy who was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed during the stay. The riad's well located (once you've found it) and if you're looking for something cheap, safe and comfortable you can't go wrong.
Bear in mind it's pretty cold in Marrakesh in the evening at the moment so take something warm to wear in bed!

Karim and I (Anne) are a Moroccan-Dutch couple. We are 29 and 27 years old and we started our own riad in Marrakech. With Riad Annie we would love to offer you a place that feels like home.
