  • My family and I had a wonderful time in Dublin! Liam arranged our transportation from the airport to the apartment for us and he was at the apartment to greet us when we arrived. Liam was very nice and helpful with the bus schedule, things to do, and places to eat! The bus stop was maybe a 5 minute walk and the local grocery store was right across the street from the bus stop. We would definitely stay at Liam's in the future if we make it back to Ireland!

  • Liam was great to contact before our stay. His apartment is in a central location and we enjoyed the local pubs and the relative ease of getting into the city. While not in the city centre the transport to the centre was easy to negotiate

  • We spend 4 days in Liams terrific appartment in Dublin. The appartment certainly matched our expectations and we can recommend it. The location is perfecty situated within walking distance of the city center en public transportation. The reservationprocedure was very smooth. Liam was very helpfull.

  • We highly recommend Liam's apartment! The apartment was very clean and met with all our expectations. It is ideally located with two nearby bus stops to take you into the heart of Dublin as well as a Tesco market to do your grocery shopping. We did more of a driving trip on this third visit to Ireland and parking was very important for us. Liam's place is an ideal place to stay if you are renting a car, there are hardly any cars ever parked on the street by his place and we consistently just parked right by the front door. We also did some shopping and there is a mailbox just out front to mail your VAT refund forms, postcards etc. Liam is a very charming host and we'd certainly enjoy staying at his place again.

  • Great place to stay. Look exactly like the picture, perfectly clean and also provide with towel and everything you need to cook. Very easy to get in contact with Liam, very nice person who also arrange a driver for us to get to the apartment. There's bus stop just in front of the house so it's very easy to go downtown. I will definitely go back to this place again!

  • We had a wonderful time exploring Dublin and Liam was a great host. He was incredibly helpful with organizing taxi's for us even at a moments notice. Also Liam was very informative with the bus's, places to see and was readily available to answer questions. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we found it to be all that Liam had described it to be. I would recommend anyone to stay at Liam's Samuel Beckett residence.

  • Liam was great! He was super quick with responding to all of my emails and any questions I had prior to visiting. He also arranged a car to pick us up from the airport which was really helpful. The space was pretty small for 5 people, but was fine considering we were never really at the apartment.

  • We had a great time in Liam`s apartment!! Everything was very clean, modern and as the name already says "very comfortable" :). By bus it takes only 10 minutes to reach the city centre. By taking a taxi one needs to pay 12-15 Euro to the city centre so the place is absolutely not too far away. The apartment is very well equipped and we would absolutely advice you to stay there!

  • Liam’s apt in Dublin is second to none. I stayed in a different apt of his, but nonetheless, Liam met us at the door and toured us through his absolutely magnificent 1-bedroom apt that he had just recently renovated himself. The repairs were top notch with beautiful moldings and trim, but also many modern touches like a new LCD TV and very strong wifi. Getting downtown was very easy – we never waited longer than 5 minutes outside his front door to find a 10 euro taxi downtown, and when the weather was nice, we even strolled on foot to the same part of town in a matter of 20 minutes or so. Liam was very easy to work with, very communicative, and will absolutely do whatever one needs to ensure a pleasant stay.

  • I stayed in Liam's apartment with my two sisters and boyfriend for four days, and we were all very happy with our stay. Prior to our visit, Liam was very communicative and friendly. He arranged a taxi service for us from the Dublin airport, met us at the apartment when we arrived, and everything was clean and prepared for our stay when we got there.

The apartment itself was attractive and comfortable. In the kitchen were a dishwasher, clothes dryer, and refrigerator, and Liam had also supplied it with dishes, an electric kettle, a coffee press, and more. Wireless internet was also free in the apartment, which was a huge convenience.

The layout of the apartment was one-bedroom, one-bathroom, a kitchen with an eating area, and a living room. To accomodate my party of four for sleeping, two of use used the queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and the other two used the pull-out bed in the living room.

Regarding location, the apartment was situated next to a bus stop which went into Dublin's center, and we used it to travel around the city. It was also a short walk from a Tesco, which was convenient for us, and we used to buy groceries and other supplies.

I would definitely stay in this apartment again when visiting Dublin. It was perfect for my group's stay in Ireland.

I grew up in the tourist business as my parents ran a hotel in Kildare so I have always wanted to get back into the hosptality industry. I have owned this house from the early '90's when I returned from New York where I had lived for a number of years. I have been in the buidling trade for the last 20 years so I thought I would combine the two and refurbish the house and provide rental accommodation in an extremely convenient locations to tourists.
