This beautiful and well appointed property was constructed in 2011. It has contemporary appliances, over 1400sq/ft of internal space with high '"loft" ceilings along with two large external deck areas and a private garden / yard. Located in walking distance to the main supermarket and gracebay west beaches (Bight Park), it makes the perfect island getaway.

The space
Downstairs: Large open plan kitchen dining living area connected to lounge seating which opens directly via full-width sliding doors onto stunning private patio / deck and garden area.

Upstairs: Large open plan bedroom space with high ceilings and access to spacious private balcony with views over Flamingo Lake (where flamingos are often sited).

Modern bathroom fittings with large powerful shower

Walk-in wardrobe with ample storage space for luggage, clothing etc.

The property is fully air-conditioned, with free wireless internet and parking

High quality linens for emperor size bed and a range of bath towels are provided

Fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large fridge/freezer providing ice and filtered water.

Spacious private garden, BBQ, outside dining, sun loungers (for the deck space) and hammock.

Keys will be provided to property on arrival by the housekeeper who will assist with all check-in / out activity.

Other things to note
The nearest beach is approx 5 minute drive away. This is the beautiful beach at the 'Bight Park' on the north shore of the island. From here you have uninterrupted beaches for 10+ miles in either direction, including Grace Bay. There are so many beaches that a car is recommended. If the trade winds are blowing, try Sapadilla Bay or Taylor Bay off Chalk Sound. If you kite-surf, try Long Bay a beautiful natural beach on the south side of the island.

This is one of the most convenient spots on island;

The largest supermarket - The Graceway IGA - is within a 5 minute walk and is open 7am - 10pm daily. Within this complex you will also find the main Pharmacy, a great Bookshop and Cafe which sells great coffee, snacks and pastries. The Graceway sports complex is within 100 yards and offers Tennis, Gym, Squash and a range of fitness classes.

There are numerous Bars and Restaurants within a short drive. The main hub of activity is around Grace Bay and this is 5-10 minutes away. There are more local options such as the Gansevort Resort and Bar, West Bay Club, Somewhere on the beach at the Bight park (5 Minutes), Bacci (Italian) and Sharkbite at Turtle Cove, and Mr Grouper off the lower Bight Road.
