This pleasant and well equipped apartment is located in the very centre of Antibes. You can walk to the beach, the harbour, old town and train or bus station in minutes.
Charming (spacious with high ceilings) 2 rooms confortably furnished downtown Antibes, in the heart of the french riviera; we name it "Lo Nis" which means "the nest" in provençal language).
Shops, restaurants, museums and entertainment, old town, the beach, harbor and public transport are easily accessible within short walking distances. This location is perfect in any season for your holidays, leisure or work. (access to Sophia-Antipolis, Grasse, Cannes, Nice, Monaco ... direct by rail or bus).
The apartment has a bedroom with two joining single beds and full complement of storage space, a lounge / living room with TV stand / Digiskybox, DVD player, table and chairs, and a couch usable as bed for two people.
The shower room with a window, is equipped with a sink, a toilet and a shower.
The kitchen space is fully equipped (oven and microwave , ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery ...).
The floor is tiled with provence typical old red tiles.
Private WIFI Internet access and phone are included.
The apartment is located on the second floor without lift in a typical building: it is therefore not recommended for people with disabilities.
Antibes is pleasant throughout the year by an exceptional climate and animations and ongoing activities, many of which are led by the activities of yachting. (Antibes is famous for the billionaire wharf where the rich moor their yachts - yachts show in april), but also with his Provencal market, museums or other places to visit.
Cannes and his famous film festival in may is 15mn by train, Grasse 45mn: Grasse is the centre of the French perfume industry and is known as the world's perfume capital.
Of course in the summer (and often in spring and autumn) you can enjoy the sea, sandy beaches, water activities, diving, sailing...
Documentation within the apartement informs you on available entertainment and public transportation.
You will have a good time, whatever the reason of your stay and time of year when you come.

I can exchange in french or english, at your arrival and if needed during your stay and/or departure. Other contacts by email and/or phone. I live in Grasse, 1/2 3/4 of an hour of car from the apartment.
Pleasant neighborhood with a lot of restaurant, shops at short walks distance. You are on the quays of port Vauban within 3 minutes walk.
Train station and bus station are within 5 minutes walk. It's easy to visit by train and buses.
There is a direct bus from the airport, stop is 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
There is a free park 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Several car renting offices are in the immediate vicinity.

The lessee is obliged to occupy the premises personally (no subletting ), to live in "good man" and maintain them. He also obliged to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood (residential) is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee, his family, or prospective visitors: the volumes of sound equipment, loud voices will be limited, especially at night, noisy equipment will not be used at night. The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed four.
The lessee agrees not to abuse water and electricity made available for family use. The electric meter is limited to 6 kW, the customer agrees to use electrical appliances in the combined limit of that power. The lessee agrees to comply with the legislation in force when using the services provided, including access to internet and telephone. It prohibits any illegal use (download, hacking, access to or dissemination of prohibited content) and protect minors from inappropriate access, knowing that a parental filter can not be activated on the internet. He acknowledges full responsibility for the use of internet during his stay and will compensate the lessor for any costs or inconvenience that may be caused by such use. It will also cover the additional costs arising from this provision (telephony outside the package, VOD, TV, shopping lines etc ...)
Alain is a really hospitable owner! Our stay in his apartment was great! The apartment itself was clean and nice. Our stay in Antibes couldn't be better! Hope to come some time!
Alain was a great host. He allowed me and my girlfriend to check in early and had fresh fruit, some snacks and wine waiting for us. We were pretty autonomous but Alain was always responsive when we had questions about the apartment or surrounding areas. Couldn't be happier with Alain and the apartment.

Alain is a perfect host and was there to greet us on our arrival. The apartment was clean and there was a selection of basic necessities in the cupboards which was really helpful. We had stayed there before and really like being in a traditional French apartment
I recently spent two very comfortable months at Lo Nis and will be returning for an additional 3 month visit in the near future. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and furnished. The location in central Antibes is excellent. The immediate neighborhood is friendly with cafes and small businesses and markets. Three large grocery stores are within a 5 minute walk as are the bus and train stations. The beach, old town and the performing arts center are within a 7 minute walk. There are numerous nearby restaurants. The landlord is very responsive and accommodating and the apartment serves as a wonderful base from which to explore all of Antibes, and with the excellent public transportation, all of the Côte d'Azur. I look forward to my return visit.
Thank you very much Alain for my stay, the apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, well equipped and cosy. Close to everything you need, the Old Town, beach, shops, few steps from the Antibes port.

The apartment is fully equipped and exactly as described in the announcement. Its location is perfect: you will be at walking distance from Antibes center, beaches and rail station. You can forget about your car for all the stay long. Fully reccomended. Thanks!
