This very well located family villa with three bedrooms is located in the small village of Sesmarias/Carvoeiro in the western Algarve. Ground floor: The villa has an impressive hall with marble stairs to the first floor. The tiled hall leads to the dining room and the living room. Both rooms are equipped to a very high standard. French doors lead from both the dining room and the living room to the sun terrace where a shady seating area can be found.
A very well-situated kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a family kitchen. From the kitchen, there is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities and a pantry for extra storage, including 2 refrigerators to keep everything cool.
Also there is a very good WiFi internet connection, IPTV, DVD, Surround Sound system, CD player, alarm system and a safe. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both rooms have two separate single beds. There are TV facilities, dressing tables, spacious closets and a storage room in both rooms. Also there is a large family bathroom on the ground floor with separate shower and bath facilities available.
First floor: On the first floor is the spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a sun terrace.
