Elizabeth was a super friendly host! She made sure we knew how to get to her home, also was there to offer any help she could with things to do and places to eat while we were in ATL. Her home was really nice, and clean. The decor was super cool! As well as the front and back ya…

There are several issues I'd like to clarify. 1)I stand corrected on not having the cat declared on the overview, as yes, if someone was allergic, that could be very serious. I've corrected the listing. As to "having to take care of" the cat, I asked you to open one can of food a day. I imagine having to keep your dog from eating her food was an issue (it always is when friends bring dogs, anyway). To be fair, you didn't tell me you were bringing a dog. That would have been a red flag for me. 2) I think you saw more of my roommate than I've seen of him in the five months I've lived with him! Not ONCE have we ever been in the kitchen at the same time. He doesn't cook, and sometimes he heats something frozen between midnight and 3am, when he gets home from work. Since he doesn't wake until after noon, the bathroom occupancy has never been an issue for anyone. I'm sorry it was for you. 3) As to the dogs, no one who sleeps in the bedrooms has ever heard them bark at night. They do bark at night when people come by their door, but I've only ever heard them when on the deck or in the living room. So I'll forewarn guests of that possibility if they choose to sleep in the living room, for sure. 4) The "cockroaches" are Palmetto bugs that live in the pecan tree out back and yes, they do sometimes get into the house, despite my best efforts to keep them out. We in the South are used to seeing them, and we don't like them, either. I'm surprised you saw them "throughout the house", as none of us has seen many at all this season. I keep an impeccably clean house and contrary to the way it sounds, I'm not running a roach motel.
I'm an open-minded, adventurous woman who loves people and celebrating life. I'm one of the rare Atlanta natives, having lived abroad a couple of times, but returning to my roots here. Part businesswoman (real estate), part artist (design), you'll usually find me in the garden or…
