This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is on the 12th floor of a modern condo, steps from the waterfront.
The unit is comfortably furnished for your stay with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double Murphy bed in the second bedroom and a cozy, sun-filled den area that is great as a reading nook. A double size air mattress is also available upon request for an additional 2 guests.
Sit back & relax in front of the TV with a glass of wine or spend some time with family & friends in the spacious living area.
The living room and kitchen are open concept and the kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cooking utensils and dishes that you need. Just fill the fridge with your groceries from the nearby supermarket and you're all set!
Guests will have access to all condo amenities such as free WiFi, TV, ensuite laundry, and fitness centre. All linens & towels are included in your stay.

We had a great stay - super convenient location and very accommodating hosts! Lisa and Monica let us come in super early and were helpful in locating some items we accidentally left behind.
Lisa and Monica were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, prompt and professional. The apartment was clean and classy- an absolutely great place to come back to after spending a long day exploring an incredible city. The location worked out great because although we didn't spend too much time in the neighborhood in which we stayed, we were close to the subway station and a streetcar station that could get us where we wanted to go. We have absolutely zero reservations recommending this property and Lisa & Monica to anyone visiting Toronto.
Lisa and Monica were great hosts and made the whole process very easy and the condo was in perfect order when we arrived.
With the central location of the building it was quick to get to main downtown attractions on foot, including the Convention Centre.
Will definitely be booking again when we return to Toronto!

Monica and Lisa were fantastic hosts! Their communication was quick and helpful right from the start. Once I arrived to check in their specific instructions were perfect. The condo itself was beautiful with an amazing view. Tons of space within and was within walking distance to almost anything you could need. I would definitely recommend renting with Monica and Lisa to anyone who is looking to stay in Toronto! They were both very kind and accommodating to my group and I.

H&P Properties is a small vacation rental company in Toronto run by Lisa and Monica.
We have been hosting via Airbnb since 2010 and love what we do. We never thought we would be hosts in the growing vacation & short-term rental market, but here we are!
We believe in offering an authentic, local living experience to our guests. Each of our spaces is set up as if a local Torontonian lived there. The experience is different from staying at a hotel or traditional B&B and is more like staying with a friend. You can cook in the kitchens, do your own laundry and have more freedom in our spaces. They have a cozy, friendly and lived-in feeling you just can’t get with an impersonal hotel room, and the value can’t be beat!
