Tiny house living and vacationing is such a unique experience! There is a smart tv, high speed WiFi, a kitchenette, a desk, and a bathroom all in this small space. The private deck to enjoy space outside is even bigger. Come in through a private entrance to your own little sanctuary for a few days.

The main house is a separate Airbnb. You may see guests in the backyard, front yard, or driveway, but the two listings do not overlap or have any shared space except walking up the driveway.

The space
This tiny house is an open concept with a loft queen bed and a comfortable twin mattress couch that can accommodate three guests. A kitchenette is included with a sink, mini refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, tea, a French press and local coffee. A Roku TV is available for guests to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and other apps. A desk is nestled under a window overlooking the backyard and is a great space for writing or working. There is a toilet and shower in the bathroom (sink in the kitchen is the only one in the tiny house). There is a small water heater, so showers need to be kept somewhat short and spaced out by around 30 minutes to enjoy the maximum amount of hot water.

Guest access
Guests have full access to all of the tiny house and the fenced in outdoor space enclosing the deck and tiny house. Please do not enter the grassy backyard, it is for the Airbnb guests in the main house.

Other things to note
The main home is a completely separate Airbnb. You may see or hear guests from time to time, but both listings have their own private indoor and outdoor space.

We have wonderful neighbors and our street is across a main road from Sunset High School. School lets out typically between 4:15-4:45 and the street can be crowded for that half hour. Free street parking is available anywhere in the neighborhood not blocking a driveway.

The tiny home is 8’ x 16’ with an 8’ x 8’ loft with the bed, so if that sounds too tiny for you, it would be best to try a different accommodation.
