I spent 5 nights in Bernd's apartment with a friend and opted for the airport pick up at a fee of 20 Euros from Tegel airport . I found Bernd's character to be overly fatherly as he treated us like kids, telling us what to do and where and when to sit etc. He was kind to show us some of the sites of the city on our way to the apartment. The apartment was super clean in a safe location, although, not central to the major tourist attractions which are about 30 minutes walking or a short ride on the subway (2.70 euros for a two hour pass ) . The internet worked well and the temperature was good all day and night even though there is no air conditioning. Overall a pleasant experience in Berlin .
Mr. Kalski is a nice old man. He kindly picked us up from the central train station. He also showed us around his apartment to help us get familiar, and he gave us a lot of advice on transport, eating and so on. His apartment is large, clean and well arranged. I strongly recommend this apartment!
It was a great pleasure to meet Bernd and to spend 3 wonderful days in his amazing apartment. We really felt at home. Everything was as described. Many thanks to Bernd and hope to see you soon in Berlin! Warmest regards, Albrecht and Thème
The host was very efficient. He picked us from the main train station and took us to the apartment for an extra 10 euros. On the way there he was sure to show us around the area and tell us lots of stories about Berlin. The place had everything we needed and we were very happy with our stay.
Thank you so much Mr. Bernd. It was lovely to stay at your place.
Mr. Bernd was a very nice and friendly gentleman. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us back when we left. He was even so kind as to show us around Berlin and recommending places to eat.
The apartment is beautiful with a spectacular interior design.
The location is great, close to public transports and shops. We could easily get to any place we wanted.
