The flat is finished to an excellent standard has all the modern appliances you would expect.
For a city centre flat, the rooms are a good size and there's a nice view onto the canal. Its 5 minutes walk from the main train station, in the heart of the city.
Where I can, I always try to greet my guests in person. However, I work during the day so I normally leave the key at the estates office and show them see the profile picture of guests, so they know who to expect.
The estates office is opposite the Double Tree hotel, manned 24/7.
Interaction with Guests
I'm always happy to greet guests when I can. Occasionally there may be an event on the terrace or if we're hosting a meal we sometimes invite guests to join in. I live with my partner on the 10th floor, so I'm normally around if I'm not travelling!
You are spoilt for choice with some of Leeds' finest restaurants (Fazenda and Bilbao) and bars including the glamorous cocktail bar SkyLounge with panoramic views over Leeds.
We're just by a major train station. There's also regular busses to & from the airport.
The oak wood flooring gets damaged by stiletto heels. Guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes by the entrance.
Please respect the neighbours.
This was an amazing apartment, close to the train station, in a new harbor city development!
Everything was there for two persons: two separate bathrooms, two bedrooms.
Stuff for breakfast, and the nice and smooth West York Shire tea!
I couldn't meet the host, but communication went well!

The flat is situated perfectly for a short stay in the city or a night out. Dan answered his phone upon our arrival. There was a hoover waiting in a cupboard so that we could give the place a once-over before unpacking our things. There was also a working washing machine, useful for pre-washing the sheets.

Great place to stay in Leeds!
The flat is extremely well located - no more than 5 minutes walk to the train station and city centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a full size supermarket about 10-15 minutes walk away.
The flat itself is a great size, both bedrooms are comfortable. The internet is reliable and fast. The flat is modern with excellent appliances.
I didn't get to meet Dan, but he was easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with.
Would recommend the flat to anyone, and would happily stay here again.
