The studio is located in a modern, architectural residence only 12 mins away from the city center by bus/ferry and a short walk to main museums. This area has nice houses, lush gardens, beaches, as well as cafes and restaurants overviewing the fjord.

The studio has a capacity for up to 4-5 adults (one double-bed, two sofa-beds 120x200 cm) and possibility for an additional bed.
The windows from the studio are facing the garden/private and quiet road.
The neighborhood is peaceful with lush gardens and is situated close to the Royal Manor and the Royal summer residence where you will feel as if being in the countryside and still only 12 minutes from the city center by ferry/bus.
The guests will share:
- a garden with tables and chairs
- trampoline for children
- parking area
Interaction with Guests
The hostess will meet guests upon arrival, giving advice regarding getting around, detailed local map, timetables for ferry/bus and information on how to hire city bikes.
The house is our residence.
I will recommend my guests to take a morning run around parts of the Bygdøy-peninsula, take a bath on one of the nearby beaches and barbeque while watching the boats to/from the harbor.
I will recommend my guests to take their children on a visit to the Royal manor, to watch the sheep, cows and horses and let them go for a ride on one of the ponies.
The peninsula has many interesting museums worth visiting, all within walking distance from the house:
- The Folk Museum
- The Vikingshiphouse
- The Kontiki Museum
- The Fram Museum
- The Maritime Museum
- The Holocaust Center
