Conveniently located within 10 minutes walk to Glasgow city centre and approximately five minutes walk to SEC, The Ovo Hydro and Exhibition centre.

An exciting location close to Glasgow’s popular hip bars, music venues, coffee houses, restaurants & other social amenities and more to explore.

The space
The apartment forms part of the distinctive curved "gushet" tenement on the corner of Argyle street and Minerva street; a handsome landmark within Finnieston's historic streetscape. Dating from around 1856 and thought to have formally known as Napier place, the building is immediately striking thanks to its imposing classical facade, arched openings at street level and grand Corinthian pilasters that emphasise the buildings presence.

Internally the property has been modernised to a high standard providing comfortable living space.

Upon entering there is a modern reception hallway with storage cupboard for luggage.
The Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and is lovely and bright with two large period sash case windows.
The living room again very bright and spacious with large period sash case windows, and 55'Tv with Netflix setup.
It also has a sofa bed.

The kitchen is fitted out with modern units and also provides dining space.

The bathroom is fitted out to a high standard providing modern showering facility.

High chair and travel cot can be provided if requested.

Free on street parking available in several nearby streets Brechin, Berkley, Dover & Claremont from 6pm until 8am each day and at weekends.

Outwith these hours parking is also available in the Ovo Hydro/Sec multi -storey car park. Please check the website before travelling for further information and pricing.

HOUSEKEEPING RULES.

Please keep noise to minimum after 10PM, in the unfortunate event of any disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind the police will be informed and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Please note that occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that the items are not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately it is up to the guest discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does NOT take any responsibility for the consumables.
Please try to leave the flat in a clean & tidy order.
Please make sure to WASH ALL DISHES before leaving.
If dishes are not washed extra cleaning fees may be applied.
Please leave used towels on the floor and any unused towels on the table or sofa.
Please close all windows , turn heating down to minimum.
WASTE RECYCLING - Please note Glasgow City Council operate strict recycling rules for waste disposal.

BBC & STV studios are also nearby walking distance and Nuffield Gym is only a 5 minute walk from the flat.

A few minutes walk will take you to the River Clyde for some great walking either into the city or west towards the Riverside Museum, Tall ship, Science centre & Clydeside Distillery.

Glasgows main shopping area Buchanan street is approx 15-20 miuntes walk.

Very close to all main transport links for Scotland, for anyone who wishes to travel further afield Loch Lomond and many other areas of outstanding natural beauty are just a short bus or train ride away.
