Please keep noise to minimum after 10PM, in the unfortunate event of any disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind the police will be informed and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Please note that occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that the items are not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately it is up to the guest discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does NOT take any responsibility for the consumables.

If you damage the home you may be charged up to £1000.
Please make sure to check and take all personal belongings with you when you check out, we will not post out items. Anything left behind will be binned or donated to charity.

For security and verification purposes, I reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification from all guests prior to check-in. Failure to provide valid ID upon request may result in cancellation of the booking. In such cases, I will not be held responsible for any loss of funds or other costs resulting from the cancellation. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests and hosts.
FOR SECURITY AND SAFETY PURPOSES PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A RING DOORBELL INSTALLED JUST OUTSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE FLAT.
