Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals is pleased to provide this comfortable and newly renovated 625 square foot 1 bedroom vacation rental condominium in Seattle's hip and exciting Belltown neighborhood.
This home away from home is easy walking distance to some of Seattle's best restaurants and the Pike Place Market. It's convenient to all of Downtown Seattle and the Convention Center, as well as downtown Seattle employers, making it an excellent choice for both a vacation rental and corporate housing.
The unit features a Puget Sound Water View from nearly every room, including the balcony off the living room. This is our newest unit, fully renovated in November 2011. You'll feel pampered and notice the difference in the quality of accommodations!
Enter the property and immediately you notice the abundant natural light that floods the living area from the oversized windows, even on Seattle's rainiest days. The airy blue walls enhance the light, and make an inviting oasis in the middle of the city. The view from the window will draw you in with Seattle's Elliot Bay and Puget Sound beyond acting as the backdrop for this exciting vacation property.
The spring green walls and white cabinets invite you to whip up whatever meal you have your heart set on in our fully stocked kitchen. High end stainless steel appliances and granite counters complete this cook's paradise.
In the bedroom find a highly comfortable and plush bed. You will sleep well here! Look out onto Elliot Bay and the iconic ferries and other shipping traffic from the comfort of the bed. The divided bathroom makes life convenient when sharing this wonderful space with others, and the spring green color palette makes for a tranquil setting.
An on-site swimming pool & hot tub, plus a full fitness center and sauna can make your stay long on luxury and very convenient to all of Seattle. Secure parking is included in the price of this condo as well. In addition there is a rooftop deck with gas grills and views of the water.
Please note that Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals does not manage the building but rather only specific units within. We are not responsible for closures and/or maintenance of any common space amenities.
Interaction with Guests
We provide plenty of interaction with our guests. We communicate check in instructions via email prior to your arrival, with plenty of time to allow questions prior to your departure. We also have a smart phone app, for those who prefer electronic delivery of this documents.
We require a standard vacation rental agreement, which includes a copy of the building rules, be completed by each guest. As a requirement of the building's HOA, these documents are to be signed and submitted to our office prior your arrival. Please take note, there are no additional charges or fees due for your reservation. Payment for your reservation will be processed through Airbnb only. To help minimize our impact on the environment we use VRX to electronically submit the documents to you, as well as to our HOA, so that we do not need to print, scan, email or fax any of these documents.
Other Things to Note
To be clear, this building does have only seasonal air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning).
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
Quiet Hours are 10PM – 8AM. This is a residential building primarily owner occupied. Please keep voices, televisions, and radios at an acceptable level at all times.
Due to insurance reasons, the responsible party (reservation holder) needs to be at least 25 years of age.
NO SMOKING! There is no smoking in the unit or on the unit balcony. Smoking is allowed in the middle of the courtyard only on the building’s property and 25 feet from any exit door per Washington State Law. Please respect this rule for the enjoyment of our future guests and neighbors in our building.
Please keep windows closed when raining, or when you are not in the unit and please do not use indoor furniture outside.
Notify us of any broken or missing items or of any repairs needed. Often we don’t know unless our guests tell us.
Please place the garbage in the chute behind the door labeled “trash.” Paper cardboard, glass and all other recyclables belong in the bins near the garage door. Recycling in Seattle is mandatory.
Pool, hot tub, gym and sauna are all located on the third floor. Bring your keys with you as you will need your FOB to access this area. The Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna are open from 5am-11pm. The Gym is 24 hours, however please mute TV after 10pm to be considerate of neighboring condos.
At time of check out, please go down stairs, take your car out of the garage, and then bring your PARKING PASS, keys, and garage door opener and leave them on the counter in the unit. Remember, the door will lock behind you.

From Aug 1 - 2, 2016 the minimum stay is 1 night.
This endeavor started when Darik and Sally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our nack at hosting, great marketing, amazing design, what was just an investment, has become a full time business. We currently have 40 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others that have second homes in Downtown Seattle.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
