This little house began its life up at one of the local mines, and was brought down here to town in 1908. It's been in my family a long time, and in 2018 we got the opportunity to give our little miner's shack a lot of love. We're so excited to welcome you to this completely modern, thoughtfully decorated, one-bedroom home in Feldman's Historic Neighborhood. The fully enclosed patio is just as inviting as the interior – perfect for your morning coffee or to relax in the evening.

The space
The house has a full-size kitchen with all the amenities you need. Enjoy your coffee from the Nespresso machine, or tea, with provided creamers and sweeteners. There's a snack basket with some of my favorite treats. Individual split-unit air conditioners keep you nice and cool (or warm, depending on when you visit) with barely a whisper. Sleep well on a queen size Casper memory foam bed. Like the rest of the house, the bathroom is brand new, and has a glass walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and sulfate free, natural body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

The fully enclosed side and back yards include gated, off-street parking, and a delightful patio with gas grill and heater for the cool desert evenings.

Now with washer and dryer on the property!

Located in the Feldman's historic neighborhood, just a few blocks north of the University of Arizona Main Gate Square. This is a great, central location for events in Tucson, visiting the U of A, and a home base for exploring Southern Arizona.

Just keep in mind: you'll be near the University so you may hear the students from time to time. And trains! Depending on the wind direction you can hear the trains that pass through from anywhere in Tucson.
