***Our property sits on beautiful acreage that receives flood irrigation as part of regular maintenance- it's how our grass is watered. If your booking falls on or near an irrigation date, we’ll notify you at the time of booking so you're fully informed. During irrigation, the rest of the property (including the patio, pool, and spa) remains fully accessible and enjoyable while the irrigation water seeps into the yard which takes about 24 hours.
