This immaculate, professionally designed single family home with a private backyard oasis and covered patio invites comfort and exudes modern elegance. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining.

The space
With TVs in every room including 65" TVs in family room and a kitchen completely stocked with all the cooking and entertaining necessities, you will not be left wanting. The main bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The backyard offers a large, covered patio with heated pool and water lounge ledge, outdoor dining and living area. The garage has been converted into climate-controlled game room with ping pong table and dart board. This vacation home promises to not disappoint.
Little less than half mile to beach and 6 homes from the best park at the beaches which includes a brand-new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and huge playground. We provide all the necessary equipment except skateboards. Also, very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and grocery stores. The adjacent pool home is also available for rental and sleeps up to 14. Please contact us for more details if interested in renting both properties

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.
All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.
All events must be approved.
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. ***
