Jeanet.
Perfect apartment for our little family. We had an awesome stay in Lisbon with a great starting point for our daily explorations. Thanks.
All in all it's a nice flat in the heart of the sweestest part of lisbon. I can really recommend living in this area - nice small streets with beautiful restaurants and bars near by. The flat itself is pretty sweet and has all you need for a short stay in lisbon. Only thing i disliked about it was the dirty glasses, dishes & cutlery in the kitchencupboard. It looked like the person who cleaned the flat just put the dirty stuff back because of lazyness- not acceptable if the pre-renter also had to pay 50 euro for cleaning services like we did.
Hi Skinny, thank you very much for your feedback. We are really sorry about the dirty glasses and cutlery, the previous guest must have left it there and our cleanning team missed it while doing the turn of the apartment. I have spoken to them already in order to make sure this will never happen again, as I can understand how unpleasend it must have felt. I hope you still enjoyed your stay in Lisbon! Best regards
Nice appartment, nice location to visit Lisbon. We received precise information about how to get there and useful touristic tips. We had a great stay there.
Lovely little place, great location, minutes from the metro. Very clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, chic, natural light, and very quiet, a pleasure to return to at the end of the day. The bathroom is a really tight squeeze to get into, but you get used to it. My only grouse- one roll of toilet paper! How much does it cost to leave in a roll of 4? Also there were plenty of wine glasses but no wine opener. (The lovely lady who runs a bar down the street, obliged by opening a bottle). The espresso coffee maker was completely mildewed, cleaned it out best as we could. I always appreciate a place where they leave you tea and coffee for the mornings (in the true spirit of bnb's). It doesn't cost much, and if this place had that (and TP!) I'd give it full marks. A lovely stay, no question.
The stay in the flat was great and it is just like the pictures. We were welcomed by Teresa, who was very lovely and gave us some great pointers for exploring the city. The flat really has everything you need and is based in a great location.
They also let us stay until 5pm on the check out day, however the cleaners were in the flat at 3.30pm already, which was a bit annoying seeing we still had some stuff to pack and they binned everything in the kitchen. But this was a minor inconvenience seeing the flat was really great.
I would recommend a stay and would return if visiting Lisbon again.
Bright, updated apartment in the old district of Alfama. Good location, walkable to downtown. Great amenities. Margarida immediately took care of a shortage of soap and toilet paper when we arrived. Some noise from construction in the daytime and nearby Fado restaurant late at night but closing the windows took care of most of it. This can be an issue when it´s hot. Enjoyed our stay overall - comfortable spot!
It was a really nice apartment on a very good location in the old part of Lisbon; Alfama. It is very near to public transport. Margarida was very kind and helpful, where she provided us information, tips and a map to start our visit to Lisbon.
