A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a classic Art Deco build on St Kilda Rd. 10-40 minute walk to the city of Melbourne, Chapel St & Toorak Rd.
The MCG & Tennis Centre 15 min tram ride away.
The huge 2 bedroom apartment features polished timber floors, strapped ceilings, intercom security entry and reverse-cycle heating cooling.
Filled with natural light the spacious living room includes a very comfortable fold out couch. Living room opens to a wide balcony overlooking the leafy canopy of St Kilda Rd.
Two double bedrooms, master with King Size bed, 2nd with Queen size bed.
Large modern kitchen/meals with Miele range and is equipped with 8 seat Dining table, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle & toaster. All crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils supplied.
Tiled bathroom (separate WC) and a large concealed laundry.
Bedlinen and towels are supplied to our guests for the duration of their stay and a weekly clean of the apartment is also included for long term stays.
Guests have full private use of the apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of a two storey building accessed by security doors and two flights of stairs.
Interaction with Guests
I meet with all guests at check-in and frequently at checkout.
At your door is Melbourne’s magnificent St Kilda Rd with direct tramlines to the City, Chapel St and St Kilda Beach all of which are less than a 30 min walk away.
Public transport info: Tram 3, 5, 16, 64, or 67 from Swanston St in the city.
30 minutes taxi drive from Melbourne airport, or catch the Sky bus direct from the airport then the trams to the apartment.

Abundant free parking 2 minutes walk from front door.
Check in – Check out - I’m happy to be as flexible as I can. I have had guests leave bags here as late as 8pm on the day they check out, rather than lug them around town before heading to the airport for a late flight. Please just ask! I live in the building so flexibility and ease of contact is assured.
Higher rates apply for stays during peak periods (eg, Xmas / NY and premium Melbourne sporting events/special events). Rates are negotiable for long stays and last minute bookings.
The apartment is located in a residential building, and your neighbours are long term residents. Staying in my apartment means you can live like a local living in one of Melbourne's premier Art Deco buildings located in one of Melbourne's best positions.
As part of that experience, i expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the property, and when in outside areas such as balconies, courtyards and common property areas. Noise from inside and outside the property must be inaudible by other residents between 10pm and 8am and at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their homes at all other times.
Parties, gatherings, functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Stuart met us even though our arrival was very late. Stuart was a great host warm and friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, great location and was very comfortable. We would happily stay there again.
Great location on St Kilda Road near a tram stop into town. Easy and smooth communication with Stuart. Nicely furnished, beautiful apartment. Spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Although Stuart was not around due to prior appointment, he made arrangements with his friend to have her receive us and walk through the apartment with us. She also suggested places that we could head to for various stuff. Stuart also left a very helpful guide for visitors that covers transportation, groceries, etc.
The apartment was awesome and fully equipped. There are public transportation and convenient stores nearby. We enjoyed our stay at the lovely apartment.
Stuart was very accommodating of our late-ish arrival. He showed us around the apartment, explained the parking situation, and had lots of information about the city available, which was a big plus. The apartment was super nice, clean and great beds. The neighborhood is a 9-5 business area, without a lot of stores, but its a short tram ride into the center of Melbourne, so it's relatively easy to get what you need.
All in all, a very positive experience.
We had a great time at Stuart's apartment. We arrived a bit earlier than expected but Stuart was happy to accommodate. He also offered us a late check-out but it was not required. Really appreciate your flexibility Stuart. He also had some great tips on getting around and seeing local sightseeing or cafes, great location for getting into the city or going to Prahran or Chapel St. Fawlkner Park behind the apartment is fantastic for a morning walk
