The apartment is located in a residential building, and your neighbours are long term residents. Staying in my apartment means you can live like a local living in one of Melbourne's premier Art Deco buildings located in one of Melbourne's best positions.
As part of that experience, i expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the property, and when in outside areas such as balconies, courtyards and common property areas. Noise from inside and outside the property must be inaudible by other residents between 10pm and 8am and at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their homes at all other times.
Parties, gatherings, functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Maximum guests 5.
Strictly non smoking, smoking permitted on balcony.
$150 replacement fee payable for lost or damaged keys.
Huge kitchen with all the mid cons, including a espresso coffee machine & seater dining table.
Stuart was very helpful and allowed us to have a later checkout. He was very prompt in responding to emails etc.
The apartment was very comfortable..especially the beautiful beds and pillows.
The area is fantastic , so close to the trams to get anywhere you like. We had a lovely walk through the park to access excellent cafes and shops. Would definitely stay there again
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend friends going to Melbourne. Stuart is a responsible host and keeps communication open.
We were made felt really welcome. The apartment was better than we expected. It was really clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic between Albert Park and Fawkner Park, with two tram spots just out the front and plenty of restaurant and cafes within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
The house is really nice and cosy! The heating works really well. we had a great stay! would definitely go back again! The host is friendly and approachable=)
This is our second time staying. Apartment was stylish, well located and once again terrific value.
Stuart is easy to deal with and communication is very good.
Iam a massive fan. Stuart's apartments are now our accommodation when come to Melbourne. Simple.
We enjoyed Stuart's lovely art deco apartment with its timbered floors, ornate doors and cornices and stylish brick fireplace. The sun streamed in through the front and side windows from noon onwards and it was a pleasure to watch the gold of the autumn leaves moving against the blue skies beyond. The furnishings are comfortable and contemporary, The heating and shower work well and the kitchen is well equipped if you choose to cook (we didn't). Everything was clean and comfortable. In Stuart's absence we were warmly welcomed by Edwina who gave us a run down of the apartment and the neighbourhood. We are very happy to recommend this lovely apartment to others. It is exceptionally well located, though the two flights of stairs (34 steps in all) may be a challenge for some.
Hi Stuart, what a great place to stay. Thanks so much. Edwina met us and told us everything we needed to know and made us feel quite comfortable. So convenient for taking the tram into the city and we were able to stroll down to Prahan markets.
