Pets? No sorry we are unable to take furry friends as we guarantee an allergy free environment for our sensitive guests. We feel your pain….our border collie Alfie doesn’t come with us. And he’s my favourite child! Don’t be those people who call the night before asking to bring your dog!

Other things to note
Shuttles.
If you’re coming to ride it’s advisable to book your shuttles early with Vertigo or Mad MTB as seats are limited and can book out in peak season.

Groceries.
There is a small IGA supermarket in Branxholm which is a 5 minute drive away. Otherwise the nearest large supermarket is Woolworths in Scottsdale which you pass on your way into town a half hour drive from Derby. So if you want to do a shop it’s a good idea to do it on the way in. There is a cracking little butcher in Ringarooma run by Josh. That’s a nice little detour on the way between Scottsdale and Derby where you can go and pick up some of our famous local Scottsdale Pork (try the honey mustard marinade) and see some very cool wood carvings along the way at Ledgerwood.

Phone- only Telstra gets reception in Derby so either get a pre paid or we have great internet so you can skype or FaceTime from The Cure.
