Soak up the best that Bay City has to offer in this lush and comfortable home. Can accommodate several guests. Private King suite, 3 Queens in upstairs loft, full bed on upstairs landing, & futon (suitable for 2 kids). 1 bathroom & shower, full kitchen, fridge, gas range & dishwasher. Leather couches and ROKU TV on 50 inch TV. Onsite parking for up to 3 cars. WiFi. Centrally located; close to the New UPTOWN, hospital, all the great shops & fun things Bay City has to offer. $15/extra guest.

The space
Entire house upstairs and downstairs. Must enter house through back door. Door code will be given the day of arrival. Large living room, and decent sized full kitchen. Table can accommodate 4 people at a time. When bringing large group, keep in mind there is one bathroom. Loft is grand room holding 3 queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The full sized bed is located in its own non-private room, and access to the loft is through this room. King size room is private and has comfortable platform bed. We ask that guests remove their shoes inside the house
