Location of the place is spot on! Close to all the pubs in Dingle. We literally walked 10 steps and was back to our room already. Although it was upstairs from the restaurant, it was very quiet. There's no dedicated parking but plenty of street parking available. There's also parking lot 2 minutes walk away. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend

Excellent place. Simple, perfect location in the heart of Dingle, which is a fantastic little town in southwest Ireland. Our room was a typical Irish triple (one double bed, then a smaller twin/cot bed) on the main drag of the town, just above a restaurant. No parking, but street parking was relatively simple to find, plus the whole town is super walkable. Dingle is one of the best food cities in Ireland - amazing, considering its smaller population - and we were able to get fantastic fresh-caught fish, chowder, and locally made ice cream just down the street. Gorgeous hikes and views abounded as well - the beaches in this part of the country are gorgeous and close, and for those so inclined, a nearby ferry will take you out to Great Blasket Island (recommend booking this in advance if possible). Check-in was simple, communication with Ashes and co. was easy and clear. Beds were clean and comfortable, water was hot; hair dryers and ironing board were available. Nothing fancy in terms of decor, but the bathroom is nicely furbished and there was a bit of maritime decor in the room that really fit the vibe of this little seaside town. The room was quiet at night, despite its central location, which was great for me. It's nice to be so close to everything and still be able to fall asleep before 12:00 without earplugs. Wifi was solid. Restaurant staff was available downstairs to answer questions, even between meal hours, which was really cool. Bottom line: this is a smaller, affordable, basic room in a fantastic location. It will allow you to get to any restaurant you want, and provide you with an easy walk home after going to a pub for traditional music, drinks or dessert. If you're planning to spend a ton of time in your BnB, you may want to look elsewhere, since this is pretty utilitarian. But if you're going out to enjoy the great town and gorgeous scenery, this is a perfect base of operations. Thanks Ashes!

Great location, right in the center with all pubs an restaurants. Stay like a local! Not noisy where we were, just some moderate humming from an outside AC. Great place to stay altogether!

Ashes was the perfect spot for me and my 2 teenage children. The location is perfectly central and we even managed to get an unmetered carpark directly out the front. We were given a warm welcome, the room was good and the meal we ate in Ashes' restaurant downstairs was delicious. A great spot right in the town!
