The space
Grand Cayman is the safest Island in the Caribbean. The resort is ideally located and close to all the action. We are walking distance to countless, excellent restaurants and bars including Camana Bay. There you will find a fully stocked grocery store, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars, shopping and even a movie theatre.
You can be a active or lazy as you wish. With snorkeling right off our gorgeous beach in front of our condo. To Jet Skiing, Paddle Boarding, Para Sailing, Banana Boating and much more just steps away, you have it all. World renowned for it's first class Scuba Diving, Grand Cayman is popular with enthusiasts from every corner of the globe.
We have a fully stocked kitchen including dishes, utensils, an electric stove, and oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher etc.. You decide whether to visit the local grocery stores and eat at home or, you can decide to experience some of the many wonderful restaurants on the island, the choice is yours. Since we are centrally located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, and very close to George Town with many restaurants and bars just a short walk away. From casual dining to fine dining and everything in between. Watch the game and grab a bite to eat at one of the local sports bars.
Most tour operators will pick you up and drop you off right in front of the condo. We have a full list with phone numbers and websites waiting for you to choose from at the condo. Also make sure you pay a visit to our turtle farm. Where you can get in to the wading pools and interact with these amazing creatures. Cayman's largest land-based attraction, Cayman Turtle Center: Island Wildlife Encounter hosts more than 200,000 visitors each year. Educational, cultural and entertainment programs are consistently being created and updated to enhance the experience that can only be found at our world renowned attraction.

Over the past few years, the beach in front of Cayman Reef has experienced significant activity. Due to the ebb and flow, and mother nature, seasonal changes play a key role, with summer weather patterns typically moving the sand northward and winter systems shifting it back south. As a result, our beach is much smaller than years gone by and the beach may lack sand from July through October. It also sometimes becomes detached from the more bustling parts of Seven Mile Beach. When this does happen, the main part of 7-mile beach can be reached with a very short walk to the other side of the tunnel on West Bay Rd. At times, the water may also reach our seawall during active wave conditions. We generally have a beautiful sand entry but as noted in some of the pictures we are not always as fortunate. Loungers & umbrellas are set up ocean side or beachfront as Mother Nature permits. There is also a large sandy beach directly next door, that can be used by guests of CRR.
The central portion of Seven Mile Beach generally offers the widest and most consistent stretches of sand, but this is reflected in the much higher pricing of accommodations in that area compared to Cayman Reef Resort.
Don't forget to book a trip to Sting-Ray City to swim with and feed these amazingly friendly creatures. An experience you will never forget.
