We are situated on the outskirts of the city in a quiet area on the Williamstown Road. The house is set back from the main road with mature gardens, private driveway, free off road parking. Our large en-suite bedroom with king size bed, plus two single bed sleeps 4 . Room rate is €155 for 4 sharing €135 for 3 sharing €115 for 2 sharing Minimum Number of people to stay in this room is 2 There are two balconies north and south facing with views of the River Suir and the Island. We have our own hens who supply fresh free range eggs on a daily basis.
The vegetable garden supplies us with fresh seasonal vegetables and herb.
