This is the perfect apartment to stay near the train station, near the sea, downtown and with easy access to the bus station! The rooms are comfortable with a beautiful terrace, highly significant during the summer! Just enjoy it!

The space

A nice two bedrooms appartment which can easily fit 4 persons only (we usually do not accept above 4 persons).
The appartment provides basics like wifi internet, TV, 2 bedroom, 1 living room with a bar and a well-equipped american style kitchen, a very nice 25 square meter terrasse,1 bathroom, 1 toilet.

Towels and bedsheets are provided.

Landlord speaks fluently English and can provide you with all the information you will need!

Except July and August, we do not accept late check in after 8pm. Sorry about the inconvenience.

P.S: Only one key will be provided. For a second key, you will have to deposit an extra amount of 200 euros (refundable)

Guest access

The building is located at the corner of the longest avenue in Nice called "le Boulevard Gambetta". This is a cosmopolitan and busy area of Nice.

It is located 16 mn walk by the sea (1.6km to the promenade des anglais), close to the main shopping avenue (avenue jean-médecin), the restaurants, cinemas, markets, shops, boulangerie, train station, tramway and cycles for hire are available in front of the building.

For the comfort of each guests, the flat is a non smoking area. You will be able to smoke outside on the terrasse.
No wet towels downstairs or even on the sofa.

In the event of lost keys, the guest agrees to compensate the host for the material cost and time expended in changing locks and this amount will be deducted from the Damages / Security Deposit. The guest agrees to top up this Deposit to Airbnb to the required level for the duration of their stay.

The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The Client is responsible and liable for all damage or breakages during the stay, whether accidental or negligent and required to replace or pay for damage/breakages.
We ask you kindly replace anything that gets broken or damaged and to respect the apartment and all its contents for us and all our guests. If you are unable to replace an item for any reason, you must notify us ASAP so that we can ensure that the next visitors receive the full benefit of a complete apartment. The agent will account to the Client for the security deposit and the refund at check out when the keys and the apartment are handed back at the end of the rental period. The agent reserves the right to retain the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the apartment in an unacceptable condition.
The Client accepts that the apartment owners, their agents or employees shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident or injury to any members of the party or visitors, howsoever caused, nor for loss or damage to any personal goods or property, howsoever caused.
The Owners are relieved from liabilities if the apartment should become unavailable for any unforeseen circumstances. In this event, a refund may be made; limited to the maximum rental fee paid by the Client and assistance will be given to secure alternative accommodation. Under no circumstances shall the Owner’s liability exceed the amount paid to the Owner for the rental period.
These terms and this contract shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, French law. You agree that the French Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms.

We loved Sebastien and his apartment! The apartment itself was clean, spacious and walking distance from the beach. My friends and I especially loved the patio old record player in the apartment! Sebastien was a great host and very helpful.

Thr apartment is only 15 mins walking distance to place de messena. Located in the residencial area where everything is around. Across the street you can find a wonderful bakery, grossery, restaurants, dry cleaner, etc. Terrace is wide and covered. Rooms are large. Very comfortable. I was in Nice for Euro2016 with friends. Next year will stay with my family. Thnaks very much Sebastien for your hospitality.

We had a brilliant time staying in Sebastien's apartment. It was a great location (only 15mins walk to the beach and very handy for the buses and train station) and the balcony was lovely to sit out on and enjoy breakfast or dinner Al fresco! There is a noisey vibe to the area but you are in a city and that is to be expected. It adds to the adventure! The place was clean and well equipped (note no air con). I would definitely use again :)

The flat is stylish. The toilet and beds are clean. Sebastian is very helpful and he showed us around. The first day was really hot and we wish there was an air-con. But the other days were cooler so it was fine ;) 20 mins walk to the beach!

Sebastien is a very friendly and communicative host. We arrived approx. 1 hour earlier, which wasn´t a problem, he was waiting for us already. Communication occured in English and we received all information concerning the apartment as well useful tips for Nice (restaurants, public transportation etc). He was available also online during our stay. However the apartment is located not in the very centre of the city but by using the public transportation (busses run relatively often) you can reach every important points of the city. In the area there are some backeries, regular as well fast food restaurants also shops and the apartment has a practically direct connection to the airport via line 23. It is good equipped, you will find there everything (for eg sunshade for the beach) you really need.

I am from Nice. I have two children. We love to travel and so far our favorite countries are India, Nepal, Thaïland, Malaisia, Singapore, and Italy. Our favorite towns: Paris, London, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Milan.
If time and money allows it, we want to keep renovating the apartment and continue travelling .
We love to express and communicate in English with people. We love Indian and Italian food!

Despite having dirty streets ( due mainly to dogs!!) , Nice is with no doubt one of the nicest city in the world with the best weather in Europe. People are also more less relaxed and ready to help you.
I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
