This exclusive villa sits within a peaceful residential village in Karaagac, with pleasing views of the Besparmak mountains and the Mediterranean ocean.
Villa Caterina is just a 5 minute drive to the quaint village of Esentepe. Here you will discover bars and restaurants where the local British expats enjoy catching up, as well as the 18 hole Championship Golf Course. Discover the many pristine white sandy beaches along the coast - Alagadi Turtle Beach is just 10 minutes away. Villa Caterina is only a very short drive away from the local grocery store and pharmacy, and just 40 minutes away from the historic town of Kyrenia with its beautiful harbour and Byzantine Castle. Here, you will be spoilt for choice with the many waterfront restaurants that await you.
The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to have a quiet dinner at home, or an alfresco lunch under the shaded patio beside the pool. Living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. All flooring throughout the villa is marble which is very cooling on hot summer days.
Each bedroom boasts comfortable beds including large wardrobes and a safe in the main bedroom. Screen doors lead you out onto the patio for your morning coffee. The villa has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and 2 singles. The large master bedroom upstairs has an en-suite and a huge terrace overlooking the ocean. The villa has FREE WiFi with Google Chromecast and Netflix access. Relax beside the 8m x 4m overflow pool when you need to escape the crowds at the nearby popular Alagadi Beach - pool towels will be provided for each guest.
Notes: There is 200 units of electricity included within the weekly rent. The meter is read upon arrival and departure and any excess is calculated at £0.25p per unit. A mid-stay change of sheets and towels is provided for stays of 2 weeks and more.
