Lydia and Denis's house is beyond cosy and beatiful. It's located in the valley of the river Orb, surrounded by vineyards, across the river of the little village Vieussan. It's peaceful, and quiet, cosy and beautifully arranged with much love - and has everything one needs to rest a retreat. We were on a kind of work holiday, so for us it was a perfect place: There is W-Lan so we could do our work, and could also read and rest and enjoy the view on the terrasse. In the next Village, Mons La Trivalle, there is a shop where you can get everything you need and particularly locally grown organic produce. It's a winderful area for hiking, but also for kayak or rock climbing. Lydia and Denis are wonderful and kind people, they gave us many recommendations about the village and its surroundings and introduced us to the delicious vine produced by the neighbor next door. We really fell in love with the place and will definetely come back.

A truly spectacular location, total quiet and immersion in nature. A lot of hiking, biking and swimming options nearby. Be prepared to bring all your groceries from another town, as there is no store in the village. Also be prepared to carry your items from the car for some distance, cars must be parked away from the house. The house is well-equipped for a family, it even features a quaint, stone shelter for grilling and eating, with a good size table and chairs. Would definitely come back/recommend Lydia's place.

Cosy and well-equiped house in a charming little hamlet. Denis and Lydia are the perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. Our children loved to play with their son, Lansa, in the car-free streets of the hamlet or in the field opposite the house. The surroundings are absolutely stunning: mountains, vineyards, little villages... Everywhere there are small places to bathe in the mountain rivers. Thank you Lydia and Denis for this wonderful vacation!

We had a lovely quiet, relaxing stay. The house was charming and the terrace had wonderful views across the vineyards in the valley to the hills on the other side. Lydia and Denis were great hosts: very friendly and helpful with queries etc.
