Our modern apartment has a balcony and is just a 5 minutes walk from the famous Oktoberfest but still in a quiet neighbourhood between Westpark and Bavariapark - geat beergardens everywhere.
Underground lines U3/U6 and U4/U5 are just 5 minutes away so here is the perfect location for trips in and around Munich.You get to the main station or Marienplatz in really no time and from there you can discover Munich itself, Allianz Arena, suburbs, mountains, lakes etc.
We have two rooms for up to 5 persons. One bathroom will be reserved for guests only, the second one can be used as well if needed. There is a parking space, if need be and internet of course. To make every day a success, we will provide rich breakfast - just let us know what you need.

Interaction with Guests
You may come and go just the way you want to. we don't mind and appreciate getting to know you a bit better, talk about experiences, politics, life... But if you rather be on your own, that's absolutely fine too. It's totally up to you.
Schwanthaler Höhe / Westend. The area where we live is very quiet yet central. Surrounded by parks, a lot of green and wonderful beergardens. Yes we are very close to the Oktoberfest but we sleep quietly at night. If you like walking, you can even walk to the central main station or to Karlsplatz/Stachus which is close to down town Marienplatz.

- on request, we will make our parking space or some parking space available
- from the airport take the train to Marienplatz, from there the underground and a short 10 minutes walk or the bus
Well, we don't really have any rules but that we expect that anybody behaves the way you would expect somebody else to do. Mutual respect and friendliness. You want to smoke? Please use the balcony - that's the only real rule we have. Oh, and please don't lose they key :-)
I am an easygoing, open minded person. Interested in languages and cultures. In our house you can communicate in English, German, French (oh well - we'll get along) and Italian.
Do I have a life motto? Take it easy - it could be worse o;
