A cozy private cottage nestled on an award-winning family winery and vineyard estate. Amazing sunsets from the deck with access to a picnic area. Enjoy an evening stroll through the vineyard, or play horseshoes and bocce ball to unwind after a long day in Yosemite, 41 miles to Yosemite National Park, and 9 miles to historic downtown Mariposa. Sleeps four people comfortably with a full kitchen. (please note the vineyard is located 9 miles north on HWY 49 from Mariposa. And not as the pin shows)

The space
The Winemaker's Cottage is an entire house with two bedrooms that sleeps four people, one queen bed and one king. The cottage is newly remodeled with a brand new couch and love seat. Enjoy the Smart tv with complimentary Rokutv, or login to your own Netflix and Amazon accounts. Mini/split, AC/heat combo for complete comfort no matter the season as well as a cozy gas fireplace for the winter months. Dining table inside and picnic area outside as well as a full kitchen complete with brand new gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and everything you would need to cook most any meal should you choose to stay in to eat.

Guest access
Access includes the entire cottage as well as the picnic area which includes a deck with picnic table. Overhead nighttime lighting is also available. We highly recommend evening strolls through the vineyard. This is a 20 acre estate with 6 acres of vines.

Other things to note
Please note this is a rural area and there is regular wildlife that can occasionally be seen on the property such as deer, bear, wild hogs, etc... While interaction with such animals is unlikely we strongly urge that you do not interact with them in any way for your protection and the protection of our family farm. If you do come across any wild animals please don't hesitate to message or call Jason. He lives on the property and is frequently around.

The wifi here is quite good for rural purposes (we use Starlink) for general streaming and remote work it is sufficient, however, there can be the occasional outage. If this happens there is no guarantee internet can or will be restored during your visit as it can take a while to get a technician on site. If it is your intention to work remotely at this listing please take this unlikely possibility into account.
