Great location just off main highway. Minutes away from the best bays for snorkeling and kayaking. Property is secure, safe, and surrounded by electronic gates in the middle of the World Famous Kona Coffee Region. Guests are to eat at dining areas only. No eating in bedrooms or formal living room/common area.

Usage of the main kitchen is limited to the microwave, coffee pot, hot water pot, and toaster. No stove usage. The food in the main kitchen is not available unless otherwise stated by me.
Guests are to place rinsed, used dishes, cups and silverware in the dishwasher.
Do not use kitchen ice for coolers or day trips.
House phone is limited to calls specifically on this island.
There is adequate parking for four cars in the driveway. Proper parking is displayed and the gate code pad location is circled in photo number 2.
You must receive a gate code for entry and exit. Electronic gates will not open manually. Do Not Attempt to Push or Force the gate open. It is electronic and will not open manually.
Exit Code Keypad is attached to the home between the garage doors and above the hose hanger.
Leave the bathroom door open when you exit so other guests will know it is available for their usage.

No slamming doors.
No heavy/loud noises.
Conservation of electricity and water is a MUST.

I shall tend to the dishwasher, house laundry, bathroom duties and housekeeping outside your rooms.

99% of my guests are happy, self-reliant and considerate of the home, host, and other guests.
House rules have become so cumbersome due to that 1% experience factor.
My guests enjoyment of their holiday stay is my goal. Please don't make me add to this list of behaviors that the majority of my guests would not have to be told or would even consider.

Rhonda's home was the perfect place for a quick weekend stay while attending a wedding. The house is conveniently located and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. It was also nice to be in a warm "home" rather than a cold hotel room since I was traveling alone.

Rhonda was a great host. Easy to talk to and her house and room were beautiful. You can see she puts a lot of care and effort into her guests. Follow the rules and your stay will be very pleasant. Unfortunately we did not get to try the pool out but it looked very clean. Next time :)

Rhonda's place is just beautiful. It is a perfect staying in the Big Island. The location is 30 to 45 min of the most known beaches which is nothing for an Island. The room was very clean and bright and you can enjoy the ocean view from the balcony. Besides all of that, Rhonda is a great and kindness person. She was very helpful on directions as well on tips of what to do and where to go for snorkel, etc. I really enjoyed my stay there. If you want a nice and confortable place with a friendly host, just go to Rhonda's.

Rhonda offered top-notch service and accomodations in our recent stay. This was our first airbnb experience and she set the bar high! Her place was beautiful, the food provided was delicious, the attention to detail around cleanliness and communication were incredible. Rhonda responded to our requests around hiking and snorkling during our short stay and it fit our desires perfectly. She is an awesome hostess. It was great to chat with herpersonally while we were there as well.

I needed to add a second night to my stay. Rhonda was Johnny on the spot with adding the night, and creating the receipts that I needed to submit my expense reports. And, there was a second morning of fantastic banana and coconut treats. Second night was just as restful as the first!

Rhonda took my last minute reservation for a long work day that got longer! In spite of my work schedule, I felt well rested, from the yummy banana bread to the fresh flowers in all the rooms - sweet! She is a lovely person, and really dedicated to being a GREAT host!
