This is a great opportunity to live in a "real" Los Angeles home with a quaint garden and charming outdoor seating area.
Our typical Spanish-style house, built in the 1930s is simple but beautiful. It's bright and sunny but stays very cool when it's hot. The location is very central; close to the attractive shopping plaza the Grove, the Farmer's Market, LACMA and the Beverly Center. There are small shops and cafes in walking distance. But it is still very quiet.
The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly with rising property values. Straightforward parking either on the street or in the driveway.

~ bathroom (with wash basin, toilet and bath/shower: functional but not high-tech)
~ 2nd bedroom is a front-room office / work space with two large desks, printers, wireless internet (can have second bed set up)

~ simple but very charming fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, washer and dryer
This is not a high-tech home, equipped with every new gismo and gadget. This is a fully functional beautiful and personal living space. ONLY mature adults (working professionals) who will treat another person's abode with respect and care need to apply.
All utilities are included in the rent. The only extra charge is a cleaning fee of $50 once a week. The house will be cleaned every Thursday or Friday morning.
