Property is attached to the main house, with own entrance. Includes fully equipped kitchen, living space and locked door between the let and main house. Completely private, Set in a rural location, perfect for walking. Within 5 miles of M56 and M6 motorway. within 40mins of Liverpool Manchester and Manchester airport. Chester and Cheshire Oaks easily accessible. Local pub welcomes dogs 2km away. River frontage. Ample parking. Links to Weaver Way within 500m and Woodland Trust Dutton Park Farm.

The space
The property consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which can be made into 2 single beds. We have a small drying room if you have been out walking and guests are able to sit by the river to watch wildlife or just relax. At the rear of the property is a decking area with picnic bench. We have a washing machine and dryer available for use for free but they are not in the property they are next door. If you wish to use, please request to do so.

The accommodation is in a rural location with only 1 other house within 500m. Closest amenities is a petrol station with Greggs and Costa café: 2km away. No traffic as situated at the end of a private un-adopted road. Open fields and spaces all around. Many unique walks along the River Weaver, the canal towpath and through woodlands. Whilst within 40mins of Liverpool and Manchester and 20 mins from Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village and Manchester airport. There is a pub within 2km and a lovely tea room within 3km. Within 1km is a garden nursery with tearoom. (Bluebell cottage gardens: please check online for current changing opening times due to COVID)
