Cozy Private Room 101 with private bath at Cabo Downtown. Only 5 blocks from the marina and downtown (5 minutes walking), just 7 minutes walking from the beach. Best location in town for vacations or work! The room is specially built for Airbnb guest!

Our private room/studio is excellent for 1 or 2 guests. With private bath and independent entrance. It is more like a small hotel experience!

We have one of the best locations in Los Cabos. Just 5 blocks (5 min walking) to the main avenue and Puerto Paraiso Mall. We have a green area which you can use to read or relax for a while. It is a family area and we will try to make your stay very comfortable!

The area is very quiet, illuminated and with high traffic of people. You will not have any problems regarding security!

La zona es muy tranquila, iluminada y con alto trafico de gente. No tendrás ningún problema en cuanto a seguridad!
