Beautiful newly renovated house (75 sqm) right on the lake Salen, with modern appliances a fire place in the living room and air conditioning. Comes with boat and fishing rights & bikes

Truly unique secluded location, wonderful peaceful location with possibility to tent on the ground right by the water. Perfect for Fishing enthusiasts in summer and winter ( great ice-fishing on the doorstep in the winter) you will enjoy tranquility and typical Swedish lake life living.

The space
10 min to small village with food shop and gas station , 20 min to Växjö and all possible shopping and restaurants. Boat with motor and and fishing nets available. There is a small bath place / beach right in-front of the house perfect for the morning swim, everything is completely private and for our guest usage only. No neighbours.
Large south terrace facing with evening sun, and lake views equipped with large table seating 8 people, BBQ ( Weber Coal grill) , sun chairs, shed for bikes and equipment.( 2 bikes available for use by guests ).

Stunning countryside surroundings. Forest/ lake area with mushrooms and berries depending on the season.
Perfect for a relaxing "off grid " vacation, excellent for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. My brother Andreas lives close by and will help and support during your stay as well as give you the best fishing tips and tricks as he is a avid fisherman. Great for a family or group of friends for a private relaxing time in the nature or fishing expeditions.

The summer House in Sweden is open for renting all year around and my brother Andreas lives close by and will support and help you with everything during your stay at the lake house in Sweden.
