It is two miles from Town Center and 9 miles from Big Sky Resort. This beautiful riverfront property is at the confluence of the W. Fork and the S. Fork of the Gallatin River. We live in the cabin next door.

Conveniently located in Big Sky for easy access to restaurants, shopping, hiking, fishing, biking, and golfing and yet secluded away form your normal condo arrangement so you can enjoy a walk along the river during the day and then use the outdoor firepit for a relaxing evening.

Neighborhood highlights

The Big Sky area is a beautiful recreational wonderland all seasons. We are located 45 minutes from Bozeman and 45 minutes from West Yellowstone, the west entrance to Yellowstone Park. The Gallatin River is a Blue Ribbon river for trout fishing, and you can also fish in the stream that runs on the back side of the property. (The South Fork of the Gallatin River) During the winter outdoor sports is what Big Sky is all about, with downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding along with snow shoeing, ice skating, dog sledding, and watching for wild life. During the summer fishing, hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, horse back riding, free Thursday night concerts in the park, and the Wednesday night farmers market all contribute to making Big Sky a special place. The backyard of the property is a great place to relax and enjoy the forest, river and wildlife. The "smart TV" is available for streaming with the internet provided.
