Do as much as you like, or get away from it all by the pool. The friendly hospitality at The Voyager awaits to provide for your every whim.

Canggu offers a quieter surrounding compared with Kuta and Seminyak, yet has so much to offer. Fantastic cafés and restaurants, great surfing and is close enough to take day trips to Seminyak, Kuta and beyond!
The best way to get around in Canggu is with a scooter (automatic) and we can help you with hiring one when you arrive.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions set out below apply to all bookings made at Voyager
Boutique Creative Retreat, 300 Jalan Nelayan, Desa Canggu, Bali, Indonesia
a Pondok Wisata registered in Bali, Indonesia (Registration Pending) whose
holding company is at 16 Raffles Quay, Hong Leong Building, Singapore,
048581 (“we” or “our”).

Availability of rooms at the rates shown below may be limited and/or restricted
to certain periods.
Children under the age of 5 can stay free of charge, when sharing a room with
two paying adults if additional child beds are available (limited to one child per
room). Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to
be used where such accommodation is sought. We will determine whether a
room is suitable for the purpose of this offer.
GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY
We endeavor to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied
guests. Special facilities include ramps and grab rails. Should you need a
wheelchair friendly room, please inform us when booking. Guides dogs are
welcome. Please notify us if you have any special requirements. We will do our
best to accommodate your wishes.
We are able to accommodate domestic animals, given prior notice. We do
charge a deposit which is fully refunded on departure subject to there being

Please note that we have a strict No Drugs policy, and remind you that being
in the possession of narcotics in Indonesia is a criminal offence which may
result in imprisonment or death. Should suspicion arise we reserve the right to
search the rooms. In the event that narcotics are discovered you will be
immediately reported to the police and will be asked to leave, and will be barred
from the hotel and charged for the full booking.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Hotel rooms are available from 1pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be
vacated by 11 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at
the discretion of the manager.
HEALTH, LEISURE AND BEAUTY
We can arrange a range of health and beauty activities to be performed either
on the upper deck, in your room or your private garden. For a list of such
treatments please see your in room menu. Payment for any treatments can be
made directly to the service provider. Age restrictions may apply to certain
treatments and details of these are available in the room menu.

COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment
regarding a stay should be made in the first instance to our manager at the
time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately. Any problems
that cannot be solved there and then should be put into writing and sent to our
holding company (the address of which is found at the top of this agreement).
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information
contained here, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions,
and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information
or offers featured at any time. Subject to the paragraph immediately below, we
shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where: There
is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by us or by our employees or agents;
such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of our
contract; any loss is in excess of three times the fee payable in respect of your
stay. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for
death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Indonesian law and the
Indonesian courts shall have jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in
connection with them.
