Guest access
Our property is 29 acres of mostly forest, with some open fields as well. Guests have full access to our property, except for the other treehouses that may be rented out by other guests.
Quiet hours:
To respect all guests vacationing at our property, we have a quiet time of 9 PM. You're still welcome to enjoy camp fires or sitting out on the porch, etc. We just ask that there's no loud music or anything that may cause a disturbance to other guests.

Other things to note:
We do our best to maintain the grounds without disturbing guests (leaf blowing, cutting grass, cutting firewood, etc. We aim to do this when all guests are out and about during the day. If you arrive back and we're still working, just send me a message as we may not have noticed your arrival back. Our goal is to provide a relaxing environment, free of disruption.
We are constantly looking for new things to add to this list, so this may change over time.
Other things to note
The bathroom for this treehouse is located separate from the treehouse itself, at our bathhouse facility:
Our bathhouse facility is 40 yards away from the treehouse. The bathhouse has four separate rooms, plus our office. Two rooms are single showers, and two rooms are half bathrooms. The bathhouse is a shared facility. It is fully climate controlled for year-round comfort. The bathhouse is cleaned daily.
We will provide all linens and towels during your stay which can be found inside your treehouse. Guests are welcome to request additional linens as needed.

The other three treehouses may be booked during your stay and other guests may have dogs off leash on the property because we are fully dog friendly. If this is a concern to you (due to fear of dogs or your dog is not friendly towards other dogs) let me know and I would be glad to request any guests staying to keep their dogs on leash.
Each treehouse has a private fire pit with firewood and starter provided.
