Experience the magic of Turks & Caicos in this 4 bedroom family home in Long Bay Hills just 5 minutes walk from Long Bay beach. A cool large open plan space with 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Ideal for a family with kids or a group of friends looking to relax. Open plan kitchen, dining, living and play room. Enjoy the 15x10m shared lap pool as well as outdoor child/adult jungle gym with playhouse and trampoline. Option to rent additional studio annex - Loggerhead.

The space
Windward House is set on 1 acre of land with 2 other 2 bedroom guesthouses and 1 studio that have access to the shared pool and play area. The pool and patio will be available to you, Windward House, 24/7. It is only open to guests at the other units during daylight hours or approximately 7am-7pm.

If food and nutrition is an important aspect of your life you'll enjoy the kitchen that comes with all the bells and whistles that all foodies enjoy including a Vitamix and Kitchen Aid stand mixer.

There is a cot, high chair and stairs gates for guest traveling with a little one. The master bedroom is south facing overlooking Long Bay beach with it's beautiful trade winds. Wake up to the view of the sun rise and sleep in the breeze of the ocean blowing in through the mosquito screen security shutters.

Restaurants, supermarket, shops and tour operators are a 10 minute drive down the road.

Guest access
The house comes with it’s own BBQ on the back porch overlooking the shared 15 meter pool. The playhouse, child/adult jungle gym and trampoline have shared access with the other 3 guest houses on the property.

Other things to note
There is definitely a quiet feel to where we live so if you’re looking to really switch off from everything, yet have the convenience of everything you may need about a 10 minute drive away then you’ve found the perfect spot!

Long Bay Hills is a quiet residential community. It's a 20 minute drive from the airport and positioned quite centrally to accessing tour operators in Grace Bay, Turtle Cove and Leeward. Graceway Gournmet supermarket is a 10 minute drive away where you can pick up everything that you will need to make this your home from home.

Long Bay Hills is a very quiet neighborhood and the property is located along a dead end road, so there is minimal traffic. The closest beach access to Long Bay beach gets you to a very quiet end of the beach where you will often be the only person on the beach. It is possible to launch a kite or windsurfer from this beach or sit back, relax and enjoy the view. You can enjoy amazing morning and evening walks along the beach. The sandbanks surround this beach so the waves are never very big, making it perfect for kiting or kid friendly.

We moved to Turks & Caicos in 2014 with the vision of raising our young family close to the ocean and nature. In 2015 we took on a project of lovingly restoring an abandoned house and two guest houses to provide a tranquil space for holiday makers to retreat and recharge in the many different ways that Turks & Caicos has to offer. Marisa grew up in Zambia and is a massage therapist, yoga instructor & photographer with loads of great tips on how to design a wellness experience during your stay in the islands. Edward is an acupuncturist, musician and as a keen water man traveling to the island for over 40 years he comes with a vast knowledge of how to enjoy your time on the water.
