The space

Hello!My name is Giulia and I study economics and management for cultural goods.

Me and my family are renting a villa located in Palombara Sabina, in the heart of nature and surrounded by olive trees,animals and flowers.
The house is composed of one room with 4 beds and a second room with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have two beautiful terraces where you can enjoy breakfast with vegetables,eggs and fruits directly coming from our garden.
If you wish to relax, a big swimming pool is waiting for you right next to the house and to do some sport, walk up the property until you'll find our old-style tennis court hidden in wild nature and unveiling a breathtaking panorama.
You'll definitely enjoy your stay!

Interaction with guests

The interaction is up to the guests. Usually we come to welcome the guests,open the house and get to know each other. We have another house in the property, so even if we stay in the villa our presence won't be noticed but if total privacy is requested, we go back to rome which is only 30-50min far. If guests wish us to stay,we do it with pleasure and introduce them to the tradition of oil, vinegar and marmalade production from A to Z. Moreover we show guests the property and share with them some of our vegetables,fruits and eggs directly picked from the ground

Ludovica was very helpful and kind. The pool was absolutley wonderful and the highlight of the property. We were there in August and there is no A/C so it gets a bit warm during the day but it cools of nicely at night. It's a good distance from but with some great local towns and restaurants. It was so nice to be further out from all the craziness and the views were beautiful.

A beautiful simple place steeped in history, family and the warmth of Italy. We can't wait to get back to this little slice of paradise. Giulia was incredibly warm and gracious, made us feel welcome at every turn. Simone, the care taker, was a huge help and it was a pleasure to know that he was there for us and whatever we needed. Our memories include fresh eggs delivered every morning, BBQs by the pool, tennis court with the best view in the world, baby bunnies pigs and chicks, picking fresh figs, eating grapes from the vine, and the joy on our kids faces.

This is a beautiful estate with amazing vistas with lots of space. The open format of the house is perfect for its surroundings, and the pool area is also lovely. Only 45-60 min from Rome by car, this villa offers the best of both worlds.

Place is great, we were warmly received and picked up as the house is hard to find, we were worried that the pics and reviews were so nice that we will be disappointed but that was not the case, its a great spot, great attention to details, we loved it and highly recommend it, pool is huge. The family and the caretaker took care of our every need. Giulia was an amazing host. We got lost on the way to meet with her and had no means of communication, and after waiting on us for hours, she was still 100% friendly and kind and led us straight to the house to show us around. She even went shopping for us and bought some food and wine! Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to some issues with our rental car, and we didn't get to stay for the entire period we had booked. The house was gorgeous and clean and exactly as pictured in the photos, and now we're just eager to return and spend as much time there as we wanted to. I can't even put into words how beautiful it was and how great of a host Giulia was. She made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable, even being as short as it was.

Staying at Guilia's villa was probably our best experience so far and has exceeded our high expectations in many ways. We fell in love with the place through the pictures and found the reality even more beautiful. This is not a villa it is actually a large estate all made available to us with a wonderful pool a tennis court and other facilities. The friendly welcome by Guilia and the help we got from Arturo and Simone who live on the estate and help on small items with fresh products from the farm made our stay feel very special. This is a rustic traditional farm ambiance yet convenient to suit our needs and maintained with great care. The charm of the place has to do with the simplicity of the slow life in the country side. While there are no important tourist locations in the area you are just 45 minutes away from Rome. We certainly want to come back.
