The space
The house is unique and the bedrooms are at the top of the house on the third floor. There is a spiral staircase to climb two floors up. They are not too difficult, but please be aware that large suitcases are a bit harder to carry up spiral stairs. The rooms can be very warm in the summer, with no AC.

The bathroom is one floor below the bedrooms, but the stairs are always lit up for night time bathroom visits.

Where you’ll be

Williams Lake, British Columbia, Canada

Williams Lake is a small town surrounding a lake, and nature is at our doorstep. There are three major grocery stores, a Walmart, and some wonderful specialty shops in the city.

The Cariboo region is unique, with many spectacular places to visit. The region is filled with fishing lakes and spectacular scenery.

Stay a few nights on your way through from Vancouver to the north, or take a trip west from here to the amazing ranchlands of the Cariboo and the coastal mountains.

I am an educator, and I have my own tutoring company. I also work for a respected university. I am a homeowner, and I have 3 rooms for rent in my own house. Therefore, I am a respectful guest. I always make sure I leave the premises the same as, or better than, I found them.
I have traveled to London, South Africa and Zimbabwe, Costa Rica, the States, and Mexico. I travel frequently to Ontario, where I was raised in the beautiful Niagara region. I enjoy meeting the people where I visit, and luxury, although nice, is not a requisite. I usually rent a vehicle to cruise the countryside at my own pace, although I like to use public transportation or Hop-On, Hop-Off in the cities.
My life motto is "Be kinder than necessary, as everyone is fighting some kind of battle."
