Ocean View Chocolate Farm rental (near the town of Pahoa and Hilo)

The space
The private, quiet and newly renovated rental is complete with all dishes, cookware, silverware, tea kettle, etc. Private 3/4 bathroom.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and vaulted ceiling with large ceiling fan.
Private gated drive, on a very secure 4.5 acre property. Owner Iives on property and is available as-needed.
Four miles from the ocean and 1/2 mile from the main highway.
15 minutes from Uncle Roberts evening market, 20 minutes to Kehana Black Sand Beach, 30 minutes to Issac Hale Park (Pohiki), 45 minutes from Volcano National Park, and 30 minutes from Hilo airport, 5 minutes from Pahoa Village, and 10 minutes to Pahoa's Sunday Farmer's Market (Maku'u Market).
Price reflects the total price including state tax and local transient taxes

My farm is located in a development that has twenty 4 acre lots, all zoned agricultural. Some neighbors are growing citrus, macadamia nuts, and unusual tropical fruits.

FARMER'S MARKETS
1. Maku’u Farmer’s Market (Pahoa): Sunday morning market, 8am to 2pm.
2. Hilo Farmer’s Market (Hilo): Wednesdays and Saturdays with over 200 vendors.
1. Leilani Estates and Fissure 8: The nearby subdivision is the location of the 2018 lava eruption that took approximately 700 homes. Start your driving tour at the corner of Leilani Ave and Moku Street.
2. Pahoa Lava Zone Museum: After the 2018 Volcano eruption, the Volcano National park closed the Jagger Museum and moved the exhibits to this museum in Pahoa.
3. Lava Tree State Monument (free): A park with excellent examples of a forest of lava trees, a unique volcanic feature is the result of a lava flow that swept through the jungle and left behind lava molds of the tree trunks.
