The place is as it shows in the picture. Liz is super cool. Perfect location for pure Soho experience. The restaurant downstairs is a little bit noisy and the trash truck will be there around 5 - 6 am. But if you are exhausted it won't bother you that much. Slightly smoke will leak from outside.
We had a wonderful week in Liz's flat!
The flat has a perfect size for a couple, we definitly recommend it.
The neighbourhood was a great, a lot of nice places to have breakfast, or diner. We walked a lot, and sometimes we took the subway which was very close with a lots of lines. We met the owner of the French restaurant below, which was very nice and gave us advices for our first days.
Liz was very reactive and well organized for the keys. Thanks again Liz it was perfect :-)

We had a great stay at Liz's place. She was easy to reach and always responded quickly.
Her location was the perfect place to base our Manhattan adventure. There are plenty of great places to eat, drink & shop - and they are all within easy walking distance. If you want to venture further there are numerous subway stops close by too.
The unit was exactly like the photos - light, well decorated and has everything you need to feel like a home away from home.
Thanks for a great stay Liz!
LIz'a apartment is charming and welcoming. The neighborhood is great. I would definitely book it again.
Liz was very accommodating and easy to contact once we landed in New York. She talked us through the flat gave us tips on the neighbourhood. e.g. wifi/restaurants etc.
The description was accurate and the flat was lovely. It was just what we needed. Compact but homey and very well organised. Liz has thought of everything, not to mention her cool styling of the rooms. We stayed for 5 nights and would have been happy to stay more! A real Soho experience! Next time we come back to New York we wouldn't think twice about asking Liz to stay again. I had visited Soho before and knew this was the area to stay in. The flat is perfectly located and a stone's throw from awesome shops. Soho is great for shopping as there is great mix of high end shops but also the more normal brands close by eg. Converse, Lucky Brand. Anything that isn't in Soho isn't far by taxi or a quick hop on the subway. Will definitely revisit!
This apartment is a real gem and an awesome platform to explore New York. You'll find yourself right in the heart of SoHo near great shopping, tasty restaurants and cafes (highly recommend Salude which is right across the street), and within walking distance to multiple metro lines. Liz was an accommodating and gracious host willing to have a conversation and meticulous in apartment details and cleanliness. Can't say enough good things about her.
There are two things to take note of before booking this apartment, though:
1. The bathroom is adequate, but rather small. It has what you need, but just be prepared for close quarters
2. You're in a first-floor walkup in the middle of SoHo, so it can get quite noisy, especially on garbage pickup days. My fiancee and I ended most days quite tired so we slept through it, but if you're a light sleeper, it will affect you.
These two points aside, I would highly recommend this lovely apartment.
This is such a wonderful apartment and the location is simply the best. The apartment is incredibly decorated and very comfortable. Everything you need is within a short walk, including access to a variety of subway stations and lines. There are some great restaurants so close by, including a lovely Japanese restaurant across the street and super French bistro with great food and lovely staff downstairs.
Although I did not get the chance to meet Liz in person, if there was anything at all we needed she was easily contactable and always promptly replied, no matter how minor the request.
My only regret was not being able to stay longer, unfortunately I had to return to work, as this truly was the perfect base to explore the best of Soho and surrounds.
