Historical home in Hastings Village built in 1880, restored and kept its original character throughout. The house was once the rectory for the Anglican Church. In 1986 the former child of the minister who lived in the home in the early 1900's wrote a book of short stories, called The Church Mouse, describing her time at the rectory.

All original wood floor and trims, high ceilings with beautiful crown mouldings.
New Bathrooms and Kitchen
The Bedrooms are very cosy and comfortable. There is also a sitting room on the second floor.
The main floor is very spacious and we have a very large CD collection to cuddle up on the couch and enjoy .
We offer Wifi and in the Shared living room a very large Collection of CD’s and Netflix

In town we have many restaurants, a coffee shop, Beer and Liquor store and even a Valumart.
The Trans Canada trail is also easy to walk to from our home.
Easy drive to all the nearby quaint towns, like Campbellford, Norwood and Havelock to mention a few.
Fish from the only bridge in Ontario that allows this.
