Historic West End is the perfect location in downtown Winston Salem to enjoy relaxing on our porches or a walk downtown to dinner, pubs, movies and theater. Located in a 1918 Historic quadraplex, this apartment has all the charm and character your looking for with heart pine floors and high ceilings, 2 lovely porches and graciously appointed interior. Certainly one of the nicest spaces downtown. Easy access to everything in Downtown Winston-Salem!

The space
This is a very Classy 2 bedroom, 1 bath space with 2 comfy porches for relaxing. It has a large living room with hardwood floors, a fireplace, and high ceilings. Kitchen with dining table and island bar. French doors open to a private side porch. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom/office has a single bed and a desk/workspace setup . There is wireless internet and a "Smart" Tv to access all your favorite apps such as Netflix and other internet channels with the 'smart' features on the TV. There are no cable tv channels. This apartment is ideal for 2 guests.

Guest access
Guests will be given a key that accesses the foyer, and front door. This is an upstairs apartment. There is a set of steps from the front to the porch and a staircase to the upstairs unit.

Other things to note
There are four apartments in total. Two are occupied by full-time residents. and two are Airbnb's. Overall this is a very quiet complex.
