This TOP floor 3BR, 2BA condo has been upgraded and offers a breathtaking lakefront view from both the living room & master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony! DBR is a gated complex with a community pool & assigned boat slips. One of the best parts is our proximity to stores. Please Note: No trailers, campers, or oversized vehicles are allowed for parking in the lot.

The space
This condo is on the top floor (4th floor) just steps away from the elevator. The unit has 3 bedrooms - the master with a king-size bed, one guest room with a queen bed and twin bunks, and the other guest room has a queen bed. Enjoy football games and movie nights in the living room on the new sectional sofa. The dining area has a large table that seats six as well as four barstools at the kitchen counter. Duncan Bridge Resorts has three boat docks all with assigned slips. With this rental, you will be happy to know you do have a boat slip for your boat during your stay. Your trailer, however, is not to be parked in the condo parking lot and can be stored at a nearby location for a very small fee. The HOA rules do not allow renters and guests to bring pets. The condo does have its own private laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer plenty of new bath towels as well as all the standard kitchen equipment. The condo has super fast wifi with Apple TV in all rooms along with Spectrum cable.

IMPORTANT: no trailers, campers, or oversized vehicles allowed in the parking lot.

Duncan Bridge Resort is located just off Curry Highway in Curry, Alabama. Our condo is conveniently located just across the bridge to Duncan Bridge Marina where you can rent boats, store your boat trailer, or fill yours up with gas. The mailing address for Duncan Bridge Resort says Jasper, Alabama but it's really about 15 minutes to the city center of Jasper. It is only an hour drive from Birmingham! There is a great grocery store, hardware store, drug store, fast food, and restaurants just a short 5-minute drive down the road should you need items while you are there.
