The dining room, kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath and laundry room are on the main level and the three bedrooms are upstairs + two full bathrooms. This is an end unit, so it is bright and airy getting plenty of morning and afternoon light. It has many windows (8) to let in lots of fresh air. All of the windows in the unit have pleasant, open views to nature and/or hillsides and the master bedroom enjoys a gorgeous view of the bay. Condo has a front patio and an enclosed back patio. A cat has lived here, so if you have allergies, this may not work for you.
Rental includes washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, off-street parking just steps away from the front door. There are 15 steps from the first level to the second level. There is only one shared wall with the neighbors and they are VERY quiet. You will never hear them.
The unit is surrounded by open space, walking and hiking trails. About two minutes away, we have the wonderful Hamilton Field wetlands where there are level walking and biking trails. There are also artist's studios, library, pool, churches, live theater nearby.
This is a great location between San Francisco and Wine Country and one minute away from 101 Freeway. The Marin Airporter bus terminal is just down the road as well as Golden Gate Public Transit (can walk to). There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby including Costco and Target. Downtown Novato is very quaint and charming with great restaurants and shopping.
There are plenty of interesting and unique things to do in the area with so many wonderful options such as Napa and Sonoma wine country, West Marin, Pt. Reyes, ocean, beaches, waterfalls, hiking, year round outdoor Farmer's Market, wine tasting, fruit and vegetable farms, restaurants and shopping. Lots of wildlife here as well such as owls, wild turkey, deer, raccoons, jack rabbits, coyotes and hawks. The weather is usually sunnier and warmer than Southern Marin. Great space! Peaceful environment within walking distance of where I needed to be for the week. Close to the city and plenty of walking trails! Victoria was an exceptional host and made my stay very comfortable. I highly recommend and would be happy to return in the future. Super comfy bed + a bathtub = bonus!
This quiet, lovely environment was just what I needed on my busy trip. Victoria is the perfect hostess for the seemingly brand new condo with beautiful, crisp decorations. I enjoyed the stay and the healthy walk around the quiet neighborhood. Access to WiFi was a welcome necessity.

About the Host, Victoria
I have a sign at the entrance to my home that says "Carpe Diem" which means "Seize the Day". I live by that motto as much as I can and remind myself to feel gratitude for each and every day that is blessed to me. I feel that gratitude more acutely as I get older :-)
I am an esthetician (facialist) with my own business. I also drive a school van for a special ed school. I used to be a photographer by trade and also worked in the entertainment industry for a time (one fun job was I got to go to lots of plays to scout talent). I love good food (I try to eat healthy), flowers, world music, beautiful colors, soft fabrics. I enjoy hiking, dancing, gardening and live theater. I like to be close to nature, visit farms and camp. My personality is easy-going (pretty much) and while I like to chat, I'm not a huge chatty kathy that needs to talk for hours a day. I can be taciturn at times.
