Newly constructed modern home situated on Mohegan bluffs. 270 degree ocean views, green roof deck, 25 foot high ceilings, 10 foot french doors facing the ocean. This house was designed for light and openness. Hear, smell and see the ocean all day!

This space was designed with light and volume in mind. Large pane-less windows give way to stunning ocean views while allowing plenty of light in at any time of the day. Enjoy moon and star views at night from inside the house with these tall windows. This house makes it feel like you're always outside! Two ten foot french doors open up to the lower deck with steps down to the lawn directly on the bluff.



Situated on southeast corner of Block island at the end of a dirt road facing east, there aren't too many neighbors. The few neighbors will be a mix of summer and local people enjoying the cool summer ocean breezes and beaches.

Biking is a great option on this small island! But if you're traveling with a family and wanting to go to the beach, a car is recommended.

I appreciate a good time. Whether it's a morning of coffee and bird songs or a night of delicious food and wine. Always up for some humor and adventure. Love the water, surfing, sailing and fishing. Just finished building my modern home on the bluff's of Block island! Life is good.
