Private 600 sq ft, one bedroom guest suite with full kitchen, living area, and full bath; under the roof of a Craftsman style home built in 2018 in the heart of Ruston. A few minutes walk to downtown shops / restaurants and Louisiana Tech campus. Private entrance and covered carport for guest.

The space
All new suite built in 2018 with full kitchen and bath. High-def 42" TV with full cable lineup. Wi-fi access. All water in the suite is filtered and softened. Water fixtures were chosen to be low-use. The HVAC system is extremely energy efficient and controls both temperature and humidity - very nice in Louisiana's humid climate. All LED lighting inside and out. Plenty of outside lights for the carport, entry, and paver patio.

Guest access
The suite is completely private and its use is exclusive for guest. The paver patio has a bistro table and chairs for outdoor seating.
